The kitchen wasn't open on the Monday. Once I did eat at the restaurant to food was bland and took about 20 minutes to order as you needed to order and at the bar and they had one staff member serving both drinks and taking orders. The place was inside noisy I could hear the person next door having loud conversations all night. The walk to the ICC was not as easy as it seemed you need to walk through many many layers of a car park which on the first day got me lost and very wet. Not value for money as the other Ibis are.

Friendly service from staff and convenient location were the only factors I'd recommend this Ibis for, though I didnt visit the bar/restaurant or have breakfast. The hotel is in desperate need of a major renovation - its both dated and in poor condition. In my room the bathroom sink had previously been cracked in half (glued back together), the sliding blinds were broken and I could hear the lift going up and down all night.

Fantastic location. Within walking distance of the Lyric theatre where we attended Hamilton and a short walk across the bridge lots of dining options. Also a short walk to the ferry and the light rail.

The location is very accessible to Light rail and walking to casino, city, etc. and the staff wero my arre helpful and polite. Nothing was really upsetting about the hotel except the male staff member at reception on my arrival did not seem terribly energetic. The other staff were very polite and helpful.
