A mouse was in our room on the seventh floor. We were quickly and kindly moved to a different room by lovely staff, however, we booked a high floor with a king bed and ended up in a downgraded room. We understand that it was busy and likely booked up but overall we were left feeling disappointed.

Un bon choix!
Hôtel propre et agréable. Les installations sportives sont bien entretenues. Comme la chambre était près des ascenseurs, j'ai peu dormi à cause du bruits, mais le lit est confortable. Le petit déjeuner est bon, mais il n'y a pas de confitures à mettre sur les croissants ou le pain.

This was a memorable stay for us! It was a wedding gift to have a night out! The staff gave us free parking and a free drink of choice from their shop! There was water bottles in our mini fridge and a cute note from cleaning services! We will certainly be back!
