Excellent Value for the Price
You can tell the owner takes pride in the property when you enter the lobby. Much better decor and style than your typical low-cost motel. The room was newly remodeled, clean, and very comfortable. Large, new bigscreen TV and tons of channels. Little things—good quality coffee/coffee maker, a blanket in addition to quilt, everything worked, plumbing, heat, etc.

No elevator?
We made a reservation for a pet room but they didn’t have any available when we checked in. They still gave us a room but it was in the second floor and the hotel has no elevator so we had to carry our luggage up the stairs which was inconvenient. The desk clerk tried to be accommodating but I had definitely called to make sure we had a pet friendly room on the first floor,

I am not one to leave poor reviews, this is a must. Driving from Indah to California, we made a reservation for whatvwe thought was a best western in Fillmore, Utah. We made the reservation through expedia. Within five minutes of making the reservation, i realized my mistake and found I'd made it for Richfield Best Western, a two hour drive from Fillmore. We called expedia immediately and they saidvthey would call the hotel to try to cancel. The hotel absolutely refused and the clerk even mocked us. Expedia also said there was nothing they could or would do. So we are out 82 dollars and no recourse for it. They were completely rude and the whole business was disappointing, Both with Expedia and the Best Western Hotel. Lesson learned. It was painful to suck it up in todays economy.
