We got to our room at 2am after driving for 7 hours and the room was hot. The ac was on low so we turned it to 68high and there was no high. It barely blew and it was hot all night. It would shut off in the middle of the night and it wasn’t on auto. There were red stains all over the floor, looked like koolaid. For the amount of money we spent, we were disappointed due to the AC issue.

Air conditioner not working properly. Room was hot! This was reported; another room was offered, but it was hotter than the original room, so we stayed where we were and were very uncomfortable all night. However the breakfast was great!

This place was an overall good place to stay! Breakfast was good, staff were very friendly and nice. Our room floor has several stains and the sheets seemed to have been really old. Also, we asked for a non smoking room, but it certainly had been smoked in. Which made it hard to adjust to. Only downfall of this hotel is the smoking. NOT a fan of that, but if that were under control, it would be excellent!

Loved to is hotel. Only thing was there was a stain on the carpet in our room BUT the rooms were very much clean. Everyone from check in to check out was friendly. Area around the hotel felt safe, everything was conveniently located near the hotel. Will be staying again!!

Breakfast is Ok because of hard working staff but many items were missing because they were not delivered. Area is East Monroe. A few homeless entered the hotel and helped themselves with breakfasts. There was no security in hotel in the evening or morning. Yhis hotel at best is 4.0/10 as of August 2025. Sorry!

The hotel was good! The baby loved the pool - the staff was wonderful and attentive. The rooms were okay other than a few minor things missing or broken. The room could have been cleaned a little better, but it was cleaned! Overall the hotel was great! Would return to stay.

Room smelled heavily of smoke, there was a huge roach in the room. Staff did get us another room, however this one reeked of weed. It seemed more like an hourly rental motel. Definitely not worth the money. Girl at the front desk was working very hard to accommodate everyone, seemed others were having issues as well, but she was great!
