Everyone is so incredible! The property is perfect for dogs. GREAT area in the back for dogs to do their business! BUT the continental breakfast was the best part!!!!! You won't find service like this at the casinos. I will stay here every time i visit wendover... with or without my dog. Very clean rooms, excellent staff and an amazing breakfast to boot! Oh oh oh! Excellent showers too!!!!! Nice TVs . I LOVE this place!!!!!!!

When we checked in staff did not make us aware that there would be an additional pet fee and only became aware of the charge when it appeared on my credit card statement. The hotel can not charge a credit card without authorization or sharing charges up front. In addition, when we checked in they gave us a room key for a room that was already occupied. When we entered the room we were surprised that there were already occupants. This was rather concerning. Since the hotel was sold out it took some time to get a new room sorted. We were incredibly patient with the staff, as we understand that mistakes happen. However in contacting the hotel after the fact, they argumentative and would not take accountability for their oversight. I would not stay here again.

Pretty typical Best Western property. Good value for the area, clean room and ok breakfast. Will be staying here again in the future. The casino rooms aren't any nicer and are about double the cost.

Very great time here, just a few things that could have made it better. The conditioner wouldn't come out in the shower. The breakfast was super slow with the one waffle maker and a little unorganized buffet, also very small area with only a few tables.
