Jay was very nice and helpful at our check-in. I give him my highest rating. The room, however, was disappointing. The bathtub area was moldy and old. There was dirt in the corners on the floor, it hadn't been cleaned well. The pillows were SO old, shapeless. At breakfast there was only one type of milk, no herbal tea. Doors didn't close properly, lost of visible rust everywhere, and chipped paint. The only thing I liked about the hotel was that it was walkable to the beach.

It’s a nice location but the hotel is nasty.. be careful when you book with Expedia.. customers service is not the best

YUCK!

Our room was disgustingly dirty and unsafe. Stains on bedding, smoke alarms disabled, fire sprinklers also disabled with paper shoved into them. Conditioner/shower gel bottles had been pulled off the wall and not replaced. Filthy floors. Secondary lock torn off the wall with exposed screws. When I tried reaching out to the front desk, there was no one available. Hotel claims to be a Radisson hotel, but IS NOT. Terrible, terrible stay. Fighting to get a refund, but no return calls/emails/etc. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. Will be also filing complaints with fire marshal and all relevant consumer protection agencies

Room didn't have towels We jumped in the shower right away Took like an hour to get towels... tried to get some front desk told us they would bring it and instead of housecleaning bringing them. Same person who o asked for fowls at desk brought the towels really late wouldn't stay here again

Spent three nights here, hands down the worst room I have ever stayed in. The room was dirty, cigarette burn on comforter, burned out outlet by sink. We used bathroom in the dark because the fan rattled so loud we thought it was going to take off. There was splintered wood sticking out from the drawer area. There was only one towel left in the room. The morning of day 2 I asked for more towels, the person at the front desk was very dismissive and said "what room" and made a motion to shoo me off. I could tell he was not going to get any towels for us. Early evening after getting back from the beach I went to ask for towels again, the person this time looked embarassed, and went and got me some mostly dried towels out of the dryer for me. There seems to not be any updates made in a long time, concrete crumbling from the steps up to our room. With the amount of rooms at this hotel, the breakfast area was very, very small and was too crowded to attempt having breakfast.

stayed here with my husband and two kids. the floors were dirty and sticky. within two minutes of being there my boys socks were black. the walls had stuff splattered all over it, bathroom toilet was broken and comforter was covered in cigarette burns. we were supposed to stay two nights and left. the only nice thing was the proximity to the ocean.

This was the most disgusting hotel I’ve ever stayed in ever bathroom was disgusting. There was pubic hairs everywhere there was fecal matter on the floor. When we asked the staff to put us in a clean room, they said that’s all we have even though we saw multiple rooms that were opened with nobody staying in them. Also, the air conditioner did not work so we were hot all night long and could not even sleep Their breakfast was ridiculous. All it was was some toast, cereal, and a waffle that you had to make in the line to make waffles was out the door. This was the worst experience we’ve ever had in our lives.

Disgusting

We checked in and was sent to a room that wasn’t ready, given another room. The a/c was broken, the floors were dirty, door jam ripped half off, shower contain rod hanging by one screw, tore up furniture, no smoke detector, and the worst part, put down shower towel and was stained with brown splatter (feces). Asked for a room change and they refused. It was the dirtiest and most run down hotel I have been in. Do NOT waste your money.

* Leaking shower and toilet: Both the shower and toilet were leaking, causing a mess and compromising the hygiene and safety of the room. * Mold on the ceiling: I found visible mold on the ceiling, which poses potential health risks. * Uncleanliness: The overall cleanliness of the room was below standard, contributing to an unpleasant experience. After further inspection, I had no choice but to leave the hotel immediately as the room was not fit for occupancy. I subsequently had to book alternative accommodations at the last minute, which resulted in additional, unforeseen expenses.

Disappointment for having 8.4 rating

Only one power outlet worked in our room, which was at the vanity, speaking of the vanity there was no light so we had to take and set a lamp on the counter, all of the plumbing was exposed making it unsafe for my 11 month old. All items that are metal in the room were covered in rust. No plug f9r the bath tub so had to use the one wash cloth that was provided. Pillows were tiny maybe ½ the size of a twin pillow. The breakfast wasnt horrible, it had all of your basic staples, a waffle bar and biscuits with gravy.

I had no choice to take this even though I felt it was Overpriced!! I did like that it was walking distance to the beach. They need to change out the ironing board pads and put more soap bars for the shower, plus there were no complementary small bottles of shampoo or conditioner!l??!! What’s up with that?? I was not impressed!! Thank God for a good tv though with a variety of channels!!

This place is trash

The rooms are run down, dirty and overpriced. The heater was so load I ask them for a portable to keep warm. The plugs in th bathroom did not work, there was no tub stopper. There people driving around at night looking for there dope friends. I was charged 800 dollars for a week stay. I was never offered cleaning for my room. To top it all off the room was filthy, dirt and debris through out. Holes in the was from old pictures and a hole in the bathroom from a previous leak.
