Getting out of the heat
It was good. The price was amazing. The full breakfast was really good and the coffee was excellent. Our room was clean and comfy & black out blinds. The bathroom ceiling had stains like water damage, but the shower was good. We were missing our towels all for except one but we asked and they gave us our sets. Front desk were cordial & respectful. Shopping stores were nearby.

Just an okay
For the price and the area it was just okay! The bathroom floor was dirty. The room had a foul order that I had to spray oder ban, open the window, turn on the ac for circulation and hang up an air fresher. Parking was horrible, had to park on the street at 8pm. Other then this I really like the location close to the dunes.

To save somewhat of a dollar, I guess stay here for $170 a night. No wash clothes, flies in room and around property, rift raft hangs out in the parking lot smoking and also stay there for a long period of times as housing! Mold and water damage in bathrooms. Rust in bathtub! Bathtub not clean (hair in it still and on toilet).

This is the absolute worst hotel I have ever stayed at. And I’ve stayed at some doozies. I literally got no sleep all night because people were screaming at their kids or at each other or even crackheads screaming about someone stealing their money and wanting to murder them. The hotel room was not clean. The floor felt grimy and the towels were either not clean or very badly stained. And somehow bugs kept flying in from the gap under the door. It was not a great experience. I even decided to not stay there after the first night even though I paid for multiple nights. Not worth $10 a night, let alone the $110 a night I paid. SMH!

The rooms were incredibly dirty. My first room was so dirty our socks were black within 5 min. It wasn’t cleaned before we got in. I asked for a new room and the gentleman up from gave me a new room right away. The second room was bigger and cleaner but still very dirty. The showers were definitely not cleaned before we came. Other people’s shaved hair was still in the bathroom. Very very dirty still. Other than the rooms being very gross then man up front was very nice.

The property lacked significant external upkeep, the hot water was poorly regulated, the room was too small for king bed, towels were not there when I arrived, I did not get a wake up call as requested, breakfast was not served until 7 AM (should be at least 6 AM).

Once checked in noticed wall damage on entry called and reported. Also noticed the bathroom had hairs on the floor and debris. Wall had some rust stains on corners. Dusty coffee maker. And room was never serviced even after the 3 days.

Outdated, smelly, filthy
First, I stayed at other country and that were suitable. I don’t know how this particular country in got the rating has high as it is. I did book a reservation for this hotel. But I did not stay at this hotel. The grounds of the hotel are in didrepair. Upon entering the first room, there were stains on the ceiling, a foul odor and the tub was filthy. This is a very outdated and unkept facility. I gave them a second chance to offer me a different room. Entering the second room, the odor was more intensely and overwhelming than the first. The bathroom is again outdated and filthy, but not quite as filthy as the first room.

Bathroom door was coming apart and made lots of noise to open, shower curtain was falling down, floors were not that clean. There was no bath towels and when we asked for some they acted perturbed.

Really one of the worst stay I ever had in 35 years. Beds for so next to the wall, lamp did not have the shade. Hand towels were missing. Bed frame was making noise. Breakfast was horrible no eggs bacon or apple bananas as well as last day there was no plates available

Rooms are half fast clean. I found several hairs in the shower like if they missed a good scrub. Walls are flithy in bathroom part of room. I had to ask front desk for a spray bottle because Housekeepers left around 6pm. Towels were stained and so was the comforter. No elevators so walking the 3rd floor to our room with luggage and child was a hassle.
