I knew this hotel wouldn't be "fancy" but I didn't expect it to be such a dump. I knew we wouldn't be spending much time there as our schedule was full for the weekend. Right from the start, the Room key wouldn't work (it happens, no big deal) but the attitude from the employee like we were bothering him and obviously were too old to know how to work keyless entry was a bit insulting. Surprise, it didn't work for him either! I suggested a new room as I didn't want to get locked later. Okay. Not sure if he gave us the worse room on the property on purpose or they all were in such bad shape? Pealing paint, really bad plaster repairs, every metal object was rusty, mystery stains and gunk on walls, etc. I did take photos to send to Radisson. No in room coffee maker though I did see them in other open rooms? The icing on the bummer cake was when we returned from our son's graduation to freshen up before dinner and noticed that his card (with a $200 check inside) from his grandmother was missing. We literally looked everywhere in the tiny room for the missing card. We left in a rush for the graduation ceremony and I had left it sitting on top of the bed after deciding that we would give it to him later at dinner, not at graduation. Nothing else in the room was disturbed. The maids are not supposed to enter the room until you check out. When we returned, she was in the room next to us cleaning. I cannot recommend this property based our experience.

dirty floors, mold in the shower, no towels, and stains on the sheets. The smoke alarm was taken off, The front door didn't latch locked and had a huge gap so outside air leaked in the entire time. DID NO FEEL SAFE AT THIS PLACE.

The room was moldy. Fixtures were broken. Tv did not work. The hot tub was shut down . Denied access to the firepit. They closed breakfast early. When moved to second room it smelled of smoke and mold . Beds were pushed up against the ac/heater. Holes in the walls fixtures on the floor. Garbage bins left out in the central areas . Room cleaning was not provided at the 3rd day.

The room was not big enough for 2 beds. The beds were against the wall and against the air unit. Dangerous to turn on unit for heat and so the room stayed cold. Conditions were dilapidated and dirty. Noise, cussing and cigarette smoke and smell in corridors. Only stayed one night and requested check out.

Very dirty floors, toilet had urine all over and under where screws are located. The room had mold on ceiling and in bathtub. Flys were all inside room and it smelled like an ash tray inside room. Things were “fix” but it looks like someone just put paint over it. The place was dusty, on lamps, head boards and the ac unit.

Broken shower curtain rod. Couldent pull curtain to cover shower area, while taking a shower. Smoke detector was broken,it was just the base with wiring,no cover. No toilet paper when we checked in. No soap, shampoo etc... Not enough clean towls. Called front desk to ask for toilet paper and clean towls and was told to go get them at the office, when they should have been provided.

Will never stay there again, and don't recommend.

Room was small but OK; it was not clean with stains on comforter, stains on counter, did not have small or medium towels, which it was all small stuff to me, but not my wife. The deal breaker was when in the morning I was going to take a shower and there wasn't any water. Shower did not work at all, there was a cover piece from the shower tube to the wall just hanging, and ceiling had a hole which was covered by a piece of paper.

Seemed like a nice place based of the info and pictures rooms were not as clean as in the pictures there pretty beat up. Very loud people throughout the night don’t seem like a very safe environment. Wouldn’t book again if I’m honest.

On May 31st2025 me and my family checking the room was old, cigarettes on the door, and when we was ready to sleep the guy next door was a drug dealer, many people knock his door and minutes later smell marijuana, i have to mention that i have a 10years old kid and my wife, but the worst other than the smell was BED BUGS, they eat my son, we have to leave around 2:00 am and run. The pictures in the website nothing like reality, please dont lie to people,I pay bucks for that terrible and horrible room.i wish i could download the pics of son bed bugs bites.
