Room was good, clean, quiet. A/C is right next to bed which is a problem with me, hearing on and off throughout the night. Breakfast was lacking but clean area. Just the items offered didn’t look real appetizing.

The front desk/breakfast crew are biased and do not know how to handle customer service properly. We were denied breakfast before closing time and then we were lied to about the actual close time because they decided to pick up early. I request a full refund of my stay before I feel like I need to escalate this situation to the corporate office. This is totally uncalled for by management and something needs to happen fast before all business is run off by your owm staff.

Bed was comfortable and the room was big. Property is older and could use some upgrades, but the property was clean, right by the I65, quiet, and served the purpose well for my trip at a reasonable price.

Checkin was quick and easy.The guy at the desk was super friendly. Suite was soacous and clean. Bed was super comfortable! Free was breakfast very good. I appreciated the fact breakfast started at 4am, great since i wanted an early start .

The room appeared to not have been vacuumed immediately before my stay. There were small rocks/gravel in several areas of the room. The couch also did not look like it was cleaned prior to my stay. I recommend placing dehumidifiers in the guest rooms as it felt a little damp in the room. Another recommendation would be to perhaps have a driver on some kind of standby to pickup passengers from the airport. Overall, I was pleased with my experience, my needs were met. The gentleman at the front desk was kind and helpful, and the breakfast looked appealing.

There was a bad odor in the lobby. When I first got to my room there was toilet paper in the toilet and a used wash cloth was hanging on the shower curtain. Other than that no complaints, the bed was comfortable and it was quiet.

Not enough security. New truck was broken in to. I was one of two vehicles that were broken in to that evening. The officer that was called to the scene was very professional and given me a case number for insurance. He also said that he made a suggestion to his supervisors to stake out the area in an in unmarked vehicle to possibly catch the criminals and prevent any more break in's. Montgomery police department has not allowed that. So in short if the hotel is not going to combat brake ins with more security then i will not stay here again.
