Plenty of space, but our room has soiled carpet, appeared to be blood or a lot of fingernail polish. The glass closet door in br was broken in many cracks, perfect for small child to cut their fingers or hands couch was also filthy. And, zero breakfast of any kind. This was our fourth stay, but each time has been significantly worse .We probably will not stay here again.

THE 2-4 STAR REVIEWS ARE ABSOLUTELY ACCURATE!!! DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THE FAKE 10'S The biggest disappointment with this hotel is that it it is not a 3 star property. If it were not for the fake reviews being posted by people who work there (I quit a hotel that did the same thing. Have an employee book a room on Expedia, leave a great review to move up your average, then refund the money... Notice the real, honest reviews are always followed by several 10/10 fake reviews) this property would reflect what it actual is, a 2 star 5-6 rating (not a 3 star 8.2 rating). It is an okay hotel at a 2 star for $69-$79 or so per night. But if you like to stay at quality hotels, skip this one. The check in process was embarrassing, I have already called corporate and complained to them and the property management. We stay in hotels about 60-70 nights a year (not all in high end hotels). I am Expedia platinum, trust me when I say to skip this one if you are looking for a Hampton Inn, Holiday Inn Express type quality. This is more along the lines of a Motel6 or that quality. To be fair, they have tried to upgrade the rooms with new curtains, bedding, and tvs, but the property itself is older and... well... Just look at the other reviews with pictures.

So I got two rooms one of the rooms reeked of smoke really really bad. The toaster didn't work and other appliances didn't work the garbage disposal when you turned it on cigarette butts were coming up. They had to have the maintenance guy there. I was just about to contact you guys to see how we can fix this and when I asked them for a refund, they told me they could give me $25 but they took $100 deposit.

Great, stay great price great staffing
This is an odor hotel that is being remodeled. It was very clean, staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The rate was more than fair and it was a quiet, peaceful stay for myself on a business trip. I genuinely look forward to staying there again when in the Montgomery, AL area.

Moldy filthy room
We evacuated from Florida for Milton. Drove 17 hours due to massive traffic. Didnt get to hotel until 6:30am the morning after our first night's reservation. We were all exhausted. The suite was filthy. Our shoes stuck to the kitchen floor and the counter was just as sticky. All the vents were moldy and dirty along with the ceiling above them. The big AC vent by the door was moldy and covered with dirt. There was a piece of chicken under a chair in the sitting room. Moldy spots on the ceilings including a large stain down the wall all around the kitchen window. One TV had something splattered all over about a third of the screen. The walls all around light switches were filthy. We had small children with us and didnt feel comfortable and safe having them there. Pool was green and closed.
