Asked the front desk for towels we had to go to the desk and get them ourselves the next day. Hallway carpet was grossly dirty and or worn badly. Ceilings were stained with water damage. Buffet breakfast was very good.

Rooms were clean, water park was fun, hotel was quiet! What would I do different? I’d bring a clothes drying rack because there’s no wear to hang your swimsuits or towels and housekeeping is not daily.

This property was not great. We booked for for the water park only to find out after booking that the water park was closed, and given no opportunity to change our reservations or cancel them. We had a group of 11 travelling, 6 of which are kids and there was no amenities for them. Very disappointing.
