Liked : The property in general. Client service really good, with nice people. Metro near (less than 5 min walk). With a walk of less then 15 min. we could reach many restaurant or commerce. It was really close to Quartier Chinois (less than 10 min). Dislisked : I have a Truck, and there was no parking lots available for the size of it. (There's a parking really close, but you have to pay (30$/day), there's a security on the site. I wasn't really safe with letting it there, but it went well.

The property overall was worth the price! The location is close to attractions like old port, downtown montreal and many more! The only thing that caused us problem were the bathroom doors, as they have no locks and you could easily see through, that invades privacy especially in a double room. However, I would still recommend the property!

the room is nice and clean, staffs are friendly and helpful. Getting around the underground parking was tricky. Annoying thumbing noise from 11th floor woke us up early morning (before 7 am, TOO early)!! Complains made but NOT resolved through our stay (4 nights) !!

We enjoy this hotel however the room we were in was not great this time. We were on the 3rd floor across from meeting rooms and the noise level was terrible. They had doors that wouldn’t prop open by elevators and they were slamming all night. Our previous stay was better. I do not recommend the 3rd floor there.
