Classy very clean reasonably priced parking inside under 40$ great and safe. Ask for back of building the street side is a tiny bit loud I found but this is our 2nd time at this location and it WILL be our go to mtl hotel again for sure

I just wanted to share that during my stay as I was returning to the hotel in the early hours of the evening ( around 3am or so) my friend and I a very uncomfortable interaction with some men outside, only to realize that they could possibly be guest and waiting for us to enter. Upon noticing that they appeared to be waiting for her we decided to have a seat in the lobby and wait it out. The men then went in to the elevator and unfortunately headed to the same floor where our room was located. A kind member of your staff noticed and asked us if we would like to be escorted to our room. The initiative that this employee had was extremely appreciated by my friend and I.

The hotel was nice, good localisation pretty room, but the staff was none professional, we went out one day and when we came back to the room it wasn’t done it was 5:00 pm , then he said we are going to send someone as if it’s a favor, then he asked us to give him our hours and when we’re supposed to leave and come back im sorry but i have done so many hotels in different countries and never had to give my hours to anyone specially that im on vacation i don’t have a specific hour of leaving or coming back it was really rude and he asked us to be comprehensive with the staff because they have a lot if work… just hire more people it’s a bih hotel, second nagative point is the breakfast it’s really expensive it’s not a buffet and they don’t bring it to you to the room you have to go to the restaurant, maybe it’s a good hotel if you have a buisness trip or there for one day or two for work but not for a vacation, really desapointed.
