Great stay overall! The hotel was very clean and well maintained. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always helpful. The location is perfect — just a short walk to the Bell Centre, which made it super convenient for game night. Would definitely stay here again!

Room was clean and modern. Staff was very friendly. The only issue was the ease of checking in when you have to park your vehicle. There was no place to stop/park to check in and you need room key to get in to parking. There were a few parking spots at back of building which should be designated for those checking in...maybe have someone like a security guard monitoring it

Staff had given away the room that I booked and ended up in a double bed room.. we showed up an hour or two later than check in because of flight delay. AND After booking in advance. Room was great and near everything. Hotel was clean. Sauna and hot tub were nice after being in the cold. Just not happy with having my room booked over me because “there’s a hockey game tonight”
