The hotel was clean and well-maintained, and overall our stay was pleasant. Although breakfast was not included, the on-site restaurant offered a good breakfast selection. It would have been better if the restaurant operated longer hours. The room was comfortable and well-equipped, but adding a microwave would make the stay more convenient for guests as the resturand doesn't operate longe enough.

Overall, you get what you paid for no one goes above and beyond. The room was spacious however the beds and chairs you could tell were worn. They do not offer room slippers. They only offer two bottles per a day and none on check out day. No special requests when celbrating a special occaion. Spoke to Manager, about feedback above, not helpful semi rude, not well versed in customer service. Worth checking out other options on the same street for similar price.

I will without a doubt return to this property when I return to Montreal in the future. Secure parking, staff were great. Check in and out were super easy. Even with only one elevator working on our departure day we had no delays
