Extremely disappointing property management at Omni hotels Montreal The management was shockingly poor. Before booking, I called to confirm that three people could stay in the room and was assured that the sofa would open into a bed for a third person, however, after hours later , we discovered this wasn’t the case the room was smaller than expected, which we could have overlooked. The real issue arose when they offered us a pullout bed for the Third person that didn’t even fit in the room and wanted to charged us extra for it. When I voiced my concern I was bluntly told we don’t care, how you sleep despite having paid for three people not for Two., respond was shocking and completely unacceptable What is the part of the experience came from dealing with the night manager and his assistant Sasha Samuel. They are behaviour was not only unprofessional, but downright hostile. The night manager had a super aggressive tone with expression, confronting us, and other guest with a rude and dismissive attitude. Sasha followed his lead, showing the same lack of courtesy and respect. Incredibly in the middle of the night, they demanded that my two children and I leave the hotel, Which was not unethical, but also dangerous. Neither of them seem to care about guests, well-being. I expect far more from the hotel of discolour and it’s disappointing that reputable brand like only hotels has such poor customer service and management, I sincerely hope they address these serious issues
