The lady at the front desk helping us with where to go for sites, entertainment, dining and vintage shopping was super helpful. It was sad seeing an empty and deteriorated outdoor swimming pool from our room. Not sure when it will be accessible, but we were not aware it was closed when we booked.

Room service was always delicious! Room was quiet and spacious. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom needs upgrading. The water pressure was pretty bad. The toiletries aren’t as nice as you’d expect from a 4 star hotel. The bathrobes were old and pilling.

Property was accessible to many attractions within walking distance. Took very long to check us in......over one hour. Instead of 3 pm, it was past 4 pm. Parking.....no in and out privileges. Had to pay each time we took the car out each day.

Our room was very Spacious. We loved the location and the view from our room. The breakfast was awesome but a little expensive. The lady at the concierge was very good and guided us well. Altogether we enjoyed our stay.
