Everything in the room was just ok. Some cracks here and there, along with other aged features, but overall - spacious for our family of 4 (washroom was pretty tight). My biggest disappointment was the service, though I hope it was only due to the strike situation and isn’t a habit of the hotel. I asked for extra towels, twice, because there were 3 to start (even though we noted a 4-person stay); both times a person (different person each time) at the front desk said they contacted housekeeping and both times no one came. Luckily there was a nice lady cleaning rooms around us and I was able to get two towels from her. There was an iron but no ironing board, which was odd and frustrating. The duvets got lost in the sheets, etc… Overall, it just felt like it was an ok place to stay (though the bed and pillows were too soft which led to restless nights) but it didn’t feel like a place that was there really to serve you if you needed anything. Nice outdoor area with pool. The location has pros and cons — very congested on a weekday but pretty central. A but nerve racking for a family with small kids but also convenient given all the restaurants, etc.

The pool was great! However the rooms seemed like they were pretty worn down. They advertise a restaurant on site but it looks like its been closed for years. The neighbourhood is super noisy at night with people reving cars and sirens.

I’ve been going to this property for years. It had been a while since my last visit. Upon arrival everything seemed fine . But as my stay (3 nights) moved on it became clear that it wasn’t the place I used to come to before. For one it’s very noisy from the outside and the inside. The parking lot gates no longer function , so anyone come in and do what ever to your vehicle and that’s not without forgetting the giant size ( like a kids swimming pool) gaping hole that could definitely damage a vehicles should you see it driving in and out at night. Now I can’t blame the hotel for this, I blame it on a lack of civility of people , today. Slamming of room doors speaking loudly in the corridors and rooms at all hours made my stay not very enjoyable unfortunately. Would I go back to this facility, I’m not too sure . It’s too bad because it’s location geographically is pretty good. Found it a bit expensive based on what I experienced. Lastly, on my second day there hotel employees were outside picketing as they were on strike. Note though they did not affect the comings and going or bother the guests as this was happening just outside of the hotel grounds. But it must have hindered the service inside , I’m sure.

Being right off the highway wasn't terrible but homeless people "living" all around the property was disgusting. Hotel was very nice. Rooms were very nice.
