Trash throughout the walkway and hallways of entire property; smells like bug spray the moment you walk in the door; door lock access key reader worked half the time; room was filthy with either mashed bugs or bloody mucus on the walls; air conditioner smelled awful; large spider webs in all the corners; no toilet paper dispensing roll; no kleenex but has a kleenex dispensing cutout in the counter; water pressure is poor; unresponsive front desk; intercontinental breakfast is white bread, egg mixture and some very questionable filmy sausage

This hotel was not worth the price for one night, it was filthy and smelled like a handful of dirty diapers. Never again!! I do not recommend this hotel, definitely doesn’t deserve to have any stars.

We actually did not stay at this location. when we arrived there was a couple waiting to be assisted. No one behind the counter. as we waited I noticed cobwebs hanging from the coffee table in the lounge. when we got to the room there were more cobwebs in the corner new the above the drapes. We also noticed mysterious markings on the wall that looked disgusting. The tissue box container was roughed in to the sink, but never finished or filled.

This motel is so dirty! It looked like the carpet in hallway and lobby hadn’t been vacuumed in months! The person at the front desk was so rude! I will never stay at this motel again.

Hallways and stairways looked like they haven't been vacuumed for a couple weeks. Chicken bones on stairs! Was told vending machine was on first floor. Coins kept falling through so I used a $5 bill for a $3 soda and never got any change. When I went to front desk, no offer to return $2, only told not to use the vending machine after being told where they are! Front desk clerk was not welcoming at all, like he hated his job, better off using a robot! This place should be named POOR Quality Inn.

only one towel in the bathroom, only one ice machine on the second floor. the check in person seemed to not really care whether I was there or not. we were told the breakfast was till 9:30. at 8.45, everything was gone and the only thing left was "waffles". On the positive side, the bed was comfortable.

I checked in around 730pm after a long day of traveling. Staff was rude, didn’t even explain where my room was. When I get into the room, it’s filthy. There were towels all over the bathroom floor, the bed was trashed, and there was a ton of trash in the room. This room clearly did not get serviced before it was given to me. When I called to complaining about the room, the clerk acted like it was an inconvenience. I went to the front desk to get my new room, he was eating jack in the box and it was all over the front desk. Not a good stay, I will not be recommending this to my company for future travel accommodations.

Terrible hotel! Please do not book here, I don’t understand how they even stay open? This hotel had trash cans outside overflowing with garbage. The hallways smelled really bad and there were soda cans, crushed cookies, and chicken bones on the floor. Hallways looked like they haven’t been cleaned in years, trash everywhere. Our room had writing on the walls, our couch had blood splattered and our bed looked like someone had been recently laying on there. I book hotels once a month and have never had such a horrible experience. It was a nightmare!

Never stay here exclamation! So unsafe. We couldn’t even stay after we checked in. Demanded a refund because of how unsafe it was. When we arrived and checked in, we were just handed a key and told our room number without any paper stating our room number or any other information. When we walked to our room, there were four or five other rooms with doors propped open kids running back-and-forth to each other and very loud. Hallway Carpet was old and dirty and nasty. We walked past the vending machine cubby, and the lights were flickering like an old scary movie. We made it to our room and opened it up to find disaster. The lock on the door has been cut in half so there was no locking mechanism. The room smell so bad so we open the window to find the screen broke and halfway hanging off the window With paint or blood splattered on the screen. The air conditioning unit was so old. It looked like it would cause a fire if we used it. I tried turning it on, and it did not work very well at all. I didn’t dare try to sit on the bed. As we walked back to our car, the door entrance to the hallway had a girl standing there taking a paper towel to put on the door to Allow her to come in and out without a key. As we walked back to the front counter through the pool area, we noticed close of all sorts just hanging all along the fence. This is the worst place I’ve ever seen. We left immediately.

Warning! Do not stay here!!! This place appears to accept homeless vouchers and they live in the hotel. All doors were propped open with garbage. Folks were outside “partying” in the parking lot. Kids roaming the halls playing and screaming at all hours. The room was an absolutely disgusting. We walked in and out!

If ZERO was an option I would say so! Trash and waste debris found through out the premises. From lobby to room to breakfast everything lacked cleanliness. There was stains on the walls in the halls, stairways, and room. It was the most terrible experience ever! There was curly short hair, yes exactly those, on the floor of the restroom. The microwave door fell off upon inspection. The refrigerator door was dented in like someone had kicked it. Stains on sheets, stains on sofa, stains on the door, oh and the door latch was also hanging to dear life. No hot water. I clearly booked for 2 adults and 2 children but was only provided two towels! The only thing that looked decent was the bathroom counter top. Take your money somewhere else. It was a waste of my hard earn $300! Terrible-beware!!! Never again.

The place was very trashy. Carpets in the hallways had bits of trash . Bags of trash , pizza boxes were outside the glass doors. In our room, the carpet was noticeably dirty, pieces of candy and food on the carpet by the beds, the pool had an order by city that it was closed "unsafe". Do not stay here.

Needles and cigarettes all around the property. Room was clearly not cleaned. Missing stuff from the room and when asked for extra towels, staff didn’t even know where extra supplies was. There was no maids / housekeeping. Staff was rude and didn’t care about cleanliness of property or rooms. They said the place was a “sh*thole”. Burn marks all over the curtains in windows and bathroom shower curtain. Mold in the bathroom. Absolutely disgusting, people clearly living on property. Claims no smoking but the halls and rooms smelled like smoke.
