Front desk staff J was extremely rude. He checked my ID and credit card by himself when I checked-in. But he sent the security guy to our room that he doesn't have any information for my room. I went back to the front desk and he checked my ID again. But when I went back to my room, my room key suddenly stopped working. So I had to went back to the front desk and he blamed me that I kept the key card and my phone together and it will stop the key card working. He never said sorry about his mistake and he is the manager of this property so I guess he think it's okay to be extremely rude to the customer. Never visit here again.

We go to the hotel for its pools filled with hot springs water. The property shows aging but rooms are spacious and clean, have all the amenities i.e. fridge, microwave, coffeemaker.

good, but could use some improvements
Our room was nice enough, nothing fancy, but good beds and nice linens. And we paid quite a lot as it was a weekend! There was no maid service, so had to ask for bath towels & coffee every day. Many pools looked dirty & a number of them had out-of-order signs so couldn't use the jets & they were not even warm (supposed to be hot!) either? They really need to update/service these issues, lots of people on a weekend so pool space was a little cramped? we had great food & service from Max the bartender, & Tommy our server for both nights! We had a server for breakfast though who was awful & argumentative e.g. -we asked for bacon instead of beef in our omelet - it came with beef & she said beef was better, why didn't we want the beef?? Our fried potatoes were cold, so she had them microwave us a new plate of potatoes- they were even worse, not very hot & greasy! Again she argued that they were fine? We asked for side of black beans, she brought us 1/4 cup of beans in a tiny bowl, the beans were not heated & she wanted to charge us $4!? She said black beans weren't on the menu so we were lucky to get them even though they were cold? I asked to take beans off our bill, we didn't eat them or potatoes - she argued the $4 void would be charged to her & taken from her pay - I suggested she take that problem up with her mgr, the cooks & not with us for poor food &service? She was rude & argumentative - we have had her before as go here often, so not sure why she still works here?

Room stunk. Restaurant offered Room Service but when i called girl said she couldn't deliver. Food was horrible and we had to get dressed to come get it. It had no taste what so ever! Had a squeal in the pipes in our bathroom couldn't sleep. We left early and went n got food n went home. Waste of time n money.

Nice staff, but room could be better.
The front desk staff was great, very nice and professional. However, the room could have used a better cleaning, especially the bathroom. The shower curtain was broke and wouldn't close, plus you had two choices for water temperature. Either ice bath, or lava flow.
