Price of accommodation, too high
The host was great, however the room we were given was not up to our expectation. We had to share a communal bath/shower which was unacceptable. There was no built-in cupboards and our clothes remained in our bags. The price we paid was truly not worth out 3 nights of stay. I surely will not stay there ever again. I would not recommend anyone either. The accommodation is ideal for groups and not for a couple.we made the most of our stay there.

Dishonesty at Kwa Mosele Bnb
My friends and I arrived at Kwa Mosele Bnb just after 7pm Friday night on the 22 of November 2019. We were received by a lady called Monde. Before being allocated to our rooms we were asked to make a payment, which we did. Shortly afer we were relaxing in our rooms. Monde came to asked us to move to another Bnb down the road because she was expecting more guest later in the night and her place wont be able to accommodate them. She said since we are here before them she prefers to moves us. We were a bit skeptic to move and wanted to see the place first before but she assured us that the place is nicer than hers. Saturday afternoon we approached her andd told her that we are not happy because she down graded us. We googled Masego Bnb only to find that it charges R1000 per day cheaper than Kwa Mosele Bnb and we also ask other guests how much they paid at Masego Bnb and they told us the same rate what we saw on the internet. We asked for a refund from Monde. She was resisting at first and said she was disappointed at us for going to google and asking other guest how much they paid because she was doing us a favour by moving us to another Bnb. She told us that hotels.com gives them problems and we should not go by the rates we see on the internet. In my opinion Monde was unethical by collecting money from us using her rates when she knew very well that masego Bnb charges a lot less. She should have not moved us to begin with because we had a reservation number.
