They had no hot water. Bartender was an hour late and they air fried food was ok not great just ok. We went there for my boyfriend's birthday. I got a room with a hot tub that was beautiful. But no hot water for the hot tub or a shower. That's y I scored this the way I did. If they had hot water it would have been a good place to stay.

If you like cold showers, this is your place.
The staff was wonderful. Every interaction I dealt with extremely nice people. The hot water was tepid at best. The later it got in the morning, the colder it would get. The overall appearance of the hotel was nice. I'd just make sure they have the hot water fixed before I'd consider staying again.

Couldn't find my reservation charged me for an upgrade to a bigger room because nothing else was available. The room was great other than there was no hot water. It was a hot tub with no hot water.

Nice staff, comfy bed, decent breakfast. Wish I'd realized there was an indoor pool and hot tub. I did not receive a complimentary drink as my booking indicated but that's okay, didn't impact the rating.

We rented a room with a whirlpool tub and we did not have any hot water the entire stay just cold water! It is awful having a whirlpool tub with no hot water.

If she don’t like her job she should’ve quit
Had a gathering for my daughter and a couple her friends (all teens) I left a hour only to get a call from kids.saying the front desk clerk just walked in the room and told them to the music down because they had a noise complaint they turnt the music off they said the lady continued to stand outside their desk so they opened and the lady cussed at them and called them Morons done instead of calling my phone she called the police and when I asked what happened she lied on my kids . Ruined my daughters birthday when it all could’ve been resolved by a phone call .
