It was okay for a one night stop
It did the job and breakfast was really good! My only complaint was the room smelled strongly of cleaning solution, like pine-sol. The AC in the wall made it smell worse, but we opened the windows and it was tolerable. Staff was great for a quick late check in.

We enjoyed our stay at the Comfort Inn in Weed, Ca. Everyone in our group felt the rooms were spacious and comfortable. We were surprised that the location was at a truck stop and served truckers. The hotel is located outside downtown Weed. We still enjoyed the experience because it was unusual.

Walls are paper thin on the first floor. I'm three rooms down and can hear people ringing the bell for the front desk attendant. Stayed here many times on upper floors, never had this issue.

Check-in was quick & easy, and Preston provided an upgrade to a suite - impressive touch; room was very spacious, clean & comfortable; free breakfast is a full breakfast with lots of nice choices. Enjoyed the stay and would definitely stay again.

The reason we choose the site was for a hot tub and pool and they were closed for the season. The carpet outside the bathroom was soaking wet. The carpet had a seam coming apart. The tub had what looked like mold at the base. Overall the site has great potential and appeal but it's not utilizes.
