Property was clean, updated, nicely furnished with comfortable chairs for lounging in reception/breakfast area. Our room unfortunately had a musty, moldy smell and they gave us Febreze to make the smell go away. Which of course it did not. Probably need to replace the carpet.

The bathroom was not cleaned. It had hair all over the floor, tub, baseboards. Urine on the base of toilet.

The staff was very prompt to assist us with an outlet that was not working, and the phone. There was trash in a trashcan upon entering the room from the previous guests. The remote only changed channels, no other functions worked. The breakfast was good. The bed was comfortable. They are short staffed, but they were accommodating.

The person behind the desk was extremely helpful. The room was good, but not matching the Best Western that we stayed in the previous night. I am increasingly convinced that Best Western is hard to beat for quality and value.
