Very disappointing upon checking in we did not want a handicap room she assured us it wasn't but it was there was a bug in the room, We could not get the heat to come on, First time I've ever been to a hotel where you cannot use their freezer for required medication and there's no freezer in the room. there was a howling wind noise, their recommendation was to roll a towel and place under door. They did allow us to change rooms and floor; the room was very cold and then we were informed it would take over 30 minutes for the room to warm up but it took 1 hour for it to go up 3 degrees. holiday Inn express is usually our go to, but after a stay in richland, WA and this we might rethink our go to.

Wow! We only stayed one night driving back from Destin, but the bed was so amazingly comfortable!!! Spacious room and bathroom, TV, fridge and a pool that we didn’t use unfortunately. Elevator available. Free parking lot with ample space. But the next best thing at this hotel was the breakfast! Ren smiled as he worked, kept the food full and area clean, taking people’s plates as they finished. He made our morning!! Great hotel with comfy bed!!

the bathtub had the orange corners, where I used a towel to see if that was coming off, and it did. things were not ready for us 5. We had to come many times downstairs to ask for bedding stuff, we just had two set of towels. so... they did know we were 5 people. and we did not have the option of pancakes or waffles for breakfast today. BUMMER

The front desk ladies were extremely rude during check in. They didn’t tell me which room number I was in, which I figured I could look in the key folder, but it was very hard to read. I asked if there was a door closer to our room that I could enter and she replied “we have lots of doors you can enter.” Extremely unprofessional communication. Normally, we will go out of our way to stay at a Holiday Inn property, but this was the dirtiest and worst experience at this chain I have ever experienced. There are stains all down the hallways and our bathroom shower was absolutely disgusting. It was very obvious it was not cleaned. The desks and furniture in our room had dust and finger prints. Also obvious these had not been cleaned in a while. Extremely disappointed in this stay. I could maybe expect this if it was a $50 room… but I’ve stayed in nicer motel 6’s or super 8’s. Would recommend another hotel in this area.

Great breakfast bar service. Super helpful. Now, for the rest… My room smelled like the boys locker room. The sink was plugged and wouldn’t drain. The shower has rust and was disgusting. The carpets throughout the building have really nasty stains as if they had been a frat party. For the money, you can do a whole lot better.

The two women working the desk were two of the most ackward and unfriendly people I’ve encountered when checking in. No uniform, just random sweaters and one of them of just rude. I don’t think she’s even aware she’s being so rude. I stay in hotels multiple nights week. Mostly Holiday inns. I wouldn’t leave this review unless it was worthy. As a business owner I would want to know. I’ll be back

The desk clerk that checked us in. She was not very personable or friendly at all. She didn't even take the time to tell us where her room was located or what time breakfast was. The room itself and the amenities were great. The bed is not that comfortable, but it's okay. Breakfast was pretty decent.
