Needs massive maintenance/repairs. Advertise pet friendly but are told cannot be left unattended. Room next to us (316) constantly had dogs unattended, along a revolving door to numerous different people. Complained about dogs but nothing was addressed. We keep our dogs with us at all times. Will never be back to this or any other Motel 6. Terrible experiences at both in a three week trip

The door to the room was super flimsy and opened to the outside. I'm grateful I had my very large dog with me. This place did not feel safe and I didn't sleep much the night i stayed here.

Roach Infested
To start with was over billed. It was a pay at hotel reservation and they told me my reservation was cancelled before I got there because my credit card was declined. Which it was never declined. To me I had to do a walk in reservation and the price had gone up from when I had originally made reservation. Hotel. Com told me they couldn't do anything since it was a pay at hotel reservation because they charged upon arrival. Needless to say after sceensotting my credit card charge to them and being on the phone over 2 hours nothing was taken care of. Then, upon arrival at my room I found dirty and roach ridden. Only stayed long enough to sleep a few hours and hit the road. Extra charge must have been for roaches! And I might help if front desk person could speak English so you could have understood him!

The clerk was very helpful and friendly. She explained the needed information clearly, and quickly took care of our little tv remote problem. The room was clean and remodeled. Very nice! As an older person, I appreciated the strips that were added to the bath tub for safety. All in all, a great experience.

This is a motel 6 so don't expect the Ritz. However it was clean and right where we needed to be! Bed was firm and I wish the pillows were too. However very happy with our stay. Mexican restaurant right next door and a gas station too.

STAFF WAS UNWILLING TO CANCEL RESERVATION DUE TO ELDERLY MOTHER BECIMING ILL AND NEEDING TO CANCEL. I work at a hotel myself and know that you can do this however they were very stubborn and refused no matter what and very unaccommodating. So sad when u have a family illness wirh an elderly person. NEVER STAY HERE! VERY INTOLLERABLE.
