Modern in Mountain View
Shashi Hotel opened only 3 years ago and is a nearly new, fresh, great place to stay. Location is conveniently located right off the 101 highway at Shoreline Blvd. I thought the staff was friendly and the check-in/checkout process was very fast. The decor and design is modern with hanging plants and vertical plantings. Stayed in December and the hotel was really decorated up for the holidays.

Love this hotel. It's very close to Google Campus. And has lots of amenities: pool, breakfast, coffee shops, lunch options and then robes, slippers, turn-down service, snacks, plus. All for a very reasonable rate.

The property is nice and we enjoyed our stay but between the computer mouse themed artwork, and the leather-sandalwood scented toiletries, it became obvious that this place must cater to a lot of tech Bros. We could hear a lot of noise through the floor and we found it disappointing that the Jacuzzi closed as early as it does. The hallway was ice cold to the point that we found ourselves hustling to get down to our end and into our room. The lights, the kettle, the wine key, sort of everything in the room felt cheap, like it was all ordered from Temu. It was fine and I'd consider staying here again but I wasn't blown away.
