Confusion around parking, was forced to pay $20 for parking in the hotel parking when there is public parking all around the hotel... The gentalman that checked me in was hostel and angered that I had to pay for parking. I paid the $20 to appease him, but went all around the public parking looking for signs that said they would tow my car... but there are NO signs around the length of time you can park there. I felt duped by the front desk worker.

The front desk is very unhelpful & untrained, lack of efficiency. They made it so inconvenient to get any help from them, borrowing an umbrella needs 15 minutes waiting and then signing the paper work. There is a long line in front of front desks during my time there.

Nice room with comfy bed. No issues and everything you expect in a hotel room. Light switches were bizarre tho. The switch here operates the light way over there etc.
