Jarod at the front desk was very helpful and professional. My room was very clean. The hotel sits on the Hudson River, and river-facing rooms have a great view. I enjoyed my stay and would return.

This hotel was a very poor value. It was the only hotel available when we booked it for Family weekend at USMA at West Point. It might have been a reasonable value at the weekday rate at $103 but the weekend rate of $249 is obscene and even anti-patriotic given the gouging of cadet families.
