Sadly not quite 5 star service! TV and some lights in bathroom only partially working, no movies, alarm not working, invoice and billing system offered but not working!. Generally service was lacking for a 5 star hotel therefore a bit expensive in comparison. Arrival flight was delayed so got in late - 9.30pm. Was told dinner served until 10pm. I ordered quickly but food and bill delivered together at 9.55 with beer in a bottle and water in the glass! After 3 minutes all staff disappeared with no chance of a desert!
On 2nd day I had a very early flight so asked for wake up call at 4.05am (as TV alarm did not function), simple breakfast at 4.30 and taxi for 4.50am.
Was very impressed with reception staff who checked if all would be OK! But in reality my alarm worked, their wake up call came at 4.20. At breakfast area no staff. Reception did get them out of bed quickly, got cereal but no milk (until 6am ??) with could meats and cheese, but no bread? These were delivered after 2 requests.. Taxi did not arrive but staff did get another quickly...
Generally the facilities were good but staff need a little more control if they should call this a 5 star with this price.. However other staff and facilities good so would consider returning, but would be aware and checking the above...
