Welcoming staff and close to the station, parks and town. The room was very nice indeed. Didn’t have breakfast but here it was good from other guests. Let us leave our bags too. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because I turned on the air con because the room was hot but it made the room smell strongly of cigarettes. I can only assume people were smoking near the intake fan.

The breakfast facilities are outstanding. I’ve never stayed somewhere with the layout that this hotel had but it worked reasonably well. If you stay you’ll experience it, the open interior stairwell is different! The staff were great to deal with. The room was very clean.

Staff was very friendly from the minute we checked in. Rooms were very clean and modern. Looked exactly like the photos. Convenient to have parking on site but it was a tight fit. Lobby was nice and offered tea and coffee.

Small room but had everything we needed—heat, our own bathroom, hot water, and clean towels, sheets and blankets. A great experience in Munich. The hotel is very good and close to the train station, only two blocks away. They have an awesome staff, very kind and polite. Free coffee and tea. The room was nice and clean, with good space and a big bed. I definitely recommend it.

Nice friendly and helpful staff, clean room. Solid breakfast offering. Loved the juicer. Wish it was possible to control the room temperature. Was too warm and stuffy had to open the balcony door which felt risk being on first floor. Was difficult to move luggage up a flight of stairs to use elevator. Over all great value.

Excellent location 3 mins from the main train station. Supermarkets, pharmacy, tram lines and Old Town within walking distance. Hotel staff very helpful and accommodating. Breakfast was amazing. Would definitely recommend.
