Nice hotel, clean rooms, had a good night sleep. Business use in my room a little limited, ie table for the notebook available but very small, the internet access seems to be OK, had no connection issues. Overall good hotel but let down by the area around the Hauptbahnhof.

We arrived before check in time but were able to check in using a kiosk, which was very handy. The room was fine, bed comfy, big bathroom the only think we noticed is there were no glasses or cups and the safe was locked so we were unable to use it. Clise to train station, less than 10 min walk.

We stayed here as it was in walking distance to Oktoberfest but the area was a little sketch to walk around at night as it is next to a bunch of strip clubs. The staff was zero help and barely spoke English or German. You would think the checkin staff would at least speak German. The rooms were not very clean, we had black stuff coming out of the shower when we turned it on and there was mold in the shower. We had 2 fans in our room, both covered in dust that we were not able to clean off easily. You can't leave the windows open for air as there are people screaming till about 4am right outside of the hotel and one of the nights a fight broke out.

One of the worst hotel experiences in my life. It’s in a horrible section and the streets are flooded with skells who harass you when they walk by. One of the cleaning staff used my personal electric shaver and left hair his hair all over the sink and towels. I complained to management and they said there was nothing they could do, and offered me ‘free breakfast’. It was awful and never stay there or near that area.

The location was fantastic, close walk to the old town, transport and more important Octoberfest. The room was nice, however can get a bit hot, nothing an open window doesn’t fix (no ac). The staff and service was excellent, always helpful. If you get there late, you need to use the self checkin, works fine 👍

Room was fairly good, however the cleaners were trying to get me out of the room 50 minutes before the 11:00 check out time which I found really out of line. They sat outside my room for 20 minutes waiting for me to leave which was very uncomfortable.

Dirty room - but close to train station
Sketchy area - did not realize prior to trip. Room was dirty; floors and toilet were not clean at all, but rest of the room was ok. No aircon and it was really hot outside and it was way too warm to get some real sleep. Close to main train station - very nice.

The property location is just a few minutes walk from hauptbahnhof and in a busy neighborhood with many shops and restaurants. We especially enjoyed the quick access to the hauptbahnhof u-bahn stop as it made our travels around the city very convenient with less walking. Their breakfast service was good and the restaurant was super convenient for a late night bite and drinks--their bier was very good. Being in this location, however, there was a lot of street noise from the area activity. This wasn't a major problem but with no air conditioning in the rooms it meant a choice between air circulation or outside noise. Rooms are simple and nice. Definitely recommend this property to people exploring Munich!

What we like: Location is good, close to station. Easy check-in using the machine as we arrive late. What we dont like: We lived on the first floor, above the patio. There is always someone chatting/ smoking down there at midnight. Very noisy and smelly. There is no AC so it would either be stuffy and hot if we close the window, or noisy and smelly. The room is also quite dusty.
