Lovely stay
Really nice stay. The room was modern and clean with tea and coffee in the room. It was nice to have a cafe in the lobby and a separate gym for men and women. The free parking was also great.

Extremely nice and helpful staff, everyone spoke English . Breakfast was amazing with so many choices! By far the best breakfast of all the hotels I stayed in this trip. We also ate every night at their restaurant and the food was delicious. I highly recommend it and would stay there again. Muscat is incredibly interesting and worth a visit. Omani people are wonderful!

Great Place to Stay in Muscat.
Wonderful well managed place at the center of Muscat. Room was VERY CLEAN and everything was very well-done and professional. Very Good Breakfast with excellent service. Though approach to this facility is bit compromised but property compensates very well. Also please do try Kamat across the road and Supermarket is also very nearby if required.

Ok hotel and location
Hotel was ok. Location is good, but you'll need a car to move around as Muscat is big. My main complain was that at check-in our rooms were not ready (we were there at 330, 30 mins after check-in started). We were told that we just had to wait as the cleaners were in the room. While i understand that eventualities do happen, what bothered me was the attitude of the reception woman who didnt even apologize for the rooms not being ready basically rudely ordered us to wait until the cleaning staff finished. This is certainly not the situation you'd like to find yourself into after a very long trip.

sudden staycation due to almost citywide blackout
Stay was really good; the situation of an almost city-wide blackout tested the reception service of the hotel. Given mine was short-notice (1hr booking prior to checking in before midnight) due to the situation, reception was busy and my booking was nowhere in their records. Thanks to the initiative of the reception hotel staff of manually checking me in even though I waited for more than an hour, with other potential guests rushing in to book just for the night due to unbearable heat.
