Excellent resort with Western amenities and very nice rooms and facilities paired with classic Japanese charm and culture. Would definitely stay here again. Our family absolutely loved it!

The room was very spacious and clean. The hotel location is a short walk to the train/bus station.

Very convenient for the station. We arrived with a lot of luggage so was offered an upgrade to a larger room for £10 per night, which we took. Glad we did as room was still compact but did what we needed for two nights. We were able to send a couple of our bags onto the next hotel using Black Cat. The receptionist was very helpful in arranging this for us.

Better than some 4-star hotels I’ve stayed at! Staff were super friendly and helpful, great location, can get to it without walking outside and big rooms! Will def stay here next time!

Lovely hotel short walk from Nagano station. Staff were incredibly helpful. Easy walk from hotel to the main area for restaurants and shops.
