Free Attraction Ticket Program - All Oceana Resorts guests are provided with a package of tickets from local partners. The program offers one free ticket from up to three partners per reservation, and additional tickets are available to purchase when the free tickets are redeemed. Children’s Activities - This program is available at Carolinian Beach Resort, Patricia Grand, Camelot, and Bay Watch from mid-June through mid-August. Activities include shark tooth hunts, crafts, pool games, and more!
Snowbird Activities - This program is available at Carolinian Beach Resort, Patricia Grand, Camelot, and Bay Watch each winter from early January through mid-March. These activities build on the snowbird community we have each winter. Activities include card games, crafts, bingo, field trips, Waffle Wednesday meet-n-greets, and more! Additionally, we host an annual Wine & Cheese reception with giveaways at both Patricia Grand and Bay Watch in mid-February.

Just the view of beach from balcony
Just the Beach view from balcony. Nothing else at this property is appreciable. We were in 17th floor and elevators take hours and hours to be caught. Pools and sit out around the pools are untidy. No one really cares about those areas. The pics showed up in the online listing and the reality is way different. its an old studio . The shower head blows you off with high water pressure like a car wash gun ! So there were many problems we saw. Just be aware and hope this helps.

We had just booked for the weekend for my birthday. When we arrived, the front desk ladies discovered it was my birthday weekend and gave us 2 free drinks!!! The people were pleasant and inviting!!! Will definitely be staying again!!!

Looks nice on camera but beware
Black mold on ceiling and in bathroom. Was not cleaned up properly. There was hair all in the bathroom, dirt all in the floor, dirty bedsheets and pillowcases, hair was on the dishes in cabinets, coffee pot was not cleaned, fridge was dirty, dust was caked up everywhere. When I showed them the pictures they offered no help at first. I wanted a different room! They wouldn’t refund nothing but the cleaning fee. We left! I hated my vacation because of this experience. Drove 12 hours just to be let down by this place. I’ll never be back and do not recommend. I talked to the neighbor in the room next door and the ceiling in the bathroom, part of it fell on his wife while she was on the toilet.

The overall property could be better in some areas. You can tell the building is old, and has some touch ups to make it not look ‘bad’. The property is no smoking, so people literally stood in the gate to get to the beach and smoked. Cigarettes and marijuana. It was awful to walk thru with kids. The property has many signs saying only dogs <20 lbs and no pit bulls, shepherds, etc. The majority of dogs were these exact breeds, the ones the signs said they would evict you over. They walked right by the front desk with nothing said.

The hotel was great. Very clean upon arrival. Staff was super friendly. The Parking garage is directly across the street from the motel, with easy access. Several indoor & outdoor pools to use. Easy beach access. Only 2 things that I found that I didn’t much care for, was how the balconies were laid out, there’s really no privacy at all. & the last thing, was more inconvenient than anything, not really a problem, there was no hair dryer in the room.

Location but not much more.
The location and views cannot be beat, but that’s about the only thing going for this rental. The unit was very dirty and the other common areas like the pool and hot tub were as well. Probably a great spot for Spring Break.
