Good area, close to beach, but would not recommend for larger groups
We had a great stay at this condo, close to beach and near many attractions in Myrtle Beach. However, the condo seemed to not be swept or mopped before we got there, and there was tons of sand all over the floor. The hot tub outside was under construction and the noise was really loud, but that was only for one day of our trip. The property was as listed, but was small for our group. Great view from the balcony of the condo, and I would recommend for smaller group sizes.

Too small for 6 people, would be good for 2-4. A few issues; One of two elevators did not work for most of our stay and we ended up using stairs much of the time. Coffee pot did not work on day one (was replaced within a couple of hours, but required smaller filters than we had) Condensation from fridge puddles on kitchen floor each morning. Not enough dishes or an assortment of dishes First experience with VRBO, but was a bit off put with all the notices, "$25 fee for lost or stolen remote," "$100 for stolen DVD", "$20 for non returned parking permits.". We normally book through resorts and don't see things like this. But maybe this is common practice in VRBO New rental so give it some time.
