The third bedroom has 2 full/queen size beds with new mattresses, fine luxury bamboo linens, built in closet, chest of drawers, luggage rack, new 42" LED HDTV. The third bathroom is also fully tiled with a shower/tub combination, vanity with granite counter, built-in hairdryer, luxury extra thick and fluffy towels, and a WC. The unit is fully equipped with a full size washer and dryer for laundry convenience.

The large, spacious kitchen is fully stocked with every convenience a cook would want. There are white Shaker cabinets, solid granite counter-tops for that chic and luxurious feel, new top of the line coffee maker, toaster, kettle, all utensils, crockery and flatware, and full size stainless steel refrigerator and freezer, stainless steel stove, matching stainless microwave and a full size stainless dishwasher. The kitchen also enjoys a fabulous ocean view, and provides seating for 2 more guests at the granite breakfast bar. The condo is high enough up to avoid the pool noise in summer and enjoy total privacy, and low enough to be close to the parking garage levels.
