8th Floor Oceanfront End Unit: Available November & December - 3 day minimum

Sands Beach Club is located at the very end of Shore Drive, overlooking one of the most expansive beaches in Myrtle Beach. Stand out on the balcony of this 8th floor two bedroom/two bath condominium, and look north to the Apache Pier, and south to the Singleton Swash/Marsh Inlet that offers hours of exploration for children (and adults). Relax and enjoy the sunrise from the balcony or your bed. Watch the dolphins as they lazily swim the coastline while pelicans and seagulls soar overhead. Take a walk up the beach and experience Ocean Annie’s Beach Bar featuring food, drink and live music.

We are located between the areas of Broadway at the Beach and Barefoot Landing, so it is easy to get to all the attractions that Myrtle Beach has to offer. If you like outlet shopping, Tanger Outlet is just 2.5 miles away. If you are here for golf, The Dunes Club and Arcadian Shores are within 5 minutes of our location, but there are about 100 courses in the area. Whatever level of player you are, there is a course for you! If you are here for the sun and sand, look no further than your view from our balcony. It's all before you!

Our condo is an end unit that was renovated in 2015 (new kitchen, bathrooms and flooring). 2019 updates: new wall colors, new furniture in dining area and living room (pictures after the first of the year). The oceanfront master bedroom has a king-size bed, and in the second bedroom there is a queen-size bed and a twin bed. All fresh bedding at every turnover. All mattresses are encased with bedbug protection covers, and all pillows have pillow protectors. For additional guests, there is a queen size pullout sofa in the living room. We have supplied the unit with all bedding and towels. If you choose to cook, the kitchen is larger than in most units, and is fully equipped with tableware and cookware. Lots of storage for long-term renters. Outdoor grills are located at the south end of the building. For those who do not want to cook, Sands Beach Club is near “Restaurant Row”, but do not hesitate to venture out and explore the almost 1900 restaurants in and around the Grand Strand!

Enjoy a game of tennis (and now pickle ball) on the lighted court, cool off with a swim in the indoor pool or one of the two outdoor pools, relax your muscles in the hot tub, and top it off with a cool drink at the poolside lounge. Sands Beach Club Resort also offers an oceanfront restaurant, sports deck with basketball and volleyball courts, lighted tennis courts, exercise room and 24-hour security.

The coin-operated laundry facilities are literally right outside our door.
Make yourself comfortable in this air-conditioned condo, featuring a kitchen with a refrigerator and an oven. There's a private balcony. Complimentary wireless internet access keeps you connected, and a Smart television is provided for your entertainment. Conveniences include a microwave and a coffee/tea maker, and housekeeping is provided on request.
Don't miss out on the many recreational opportunities, including a water park, an outdoor pool, and an indoor pool.

This condo was perfect for our family of 5! It was clean, had plenty of beds for everyone, and had wonderful views of the beach. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook a few meals in while we were there. Barbara was easy to communicate with. We would definitely stay here again.

We usually try out a new vacation location or rental every year. But this is the first time we've stayed at the same rental three of the last five years, only missing the other two years because of COVID. We loved it so much after our first stay in 2019 we came back last year and this year. It's the perfect condo and the host, Barbara is the crowning touch of the experience with her exceptional communication, kindness, and attention to detail. The eighth floor location and view, and the building location is premium. You're still in the city of Myrtle Beach, but on the far north end of it away from the fray, yet 5 minutes from Walmart and anything else you could possibly want. Because it's right next to a swash on the south side of the building, you are cut off from any beachgoer traffic from the south. It's almost like you have your own personal stretch of beach, because of the dead end on the beach created by the river, with 80% less crowds. I almost hesitated to give any review because I was afraid it would prompt so many people wanting to book it we might lose our spot next time! Lol.

Beautiful ocean front condo. Elegantly decorated, two bed, two bath condo off the beaten path, but only minutes to shopping, restaurants and a very short walk (down a ramp!) to the beach. We had a wonderful time, and would love to stay again!

Their condo was nicely decorated, clean and had everything you could need during your stay, including towels to take down to the pool and everything for your cooking needs. My wife and I were very happy with this condo. It is well stocked with all that we could have wanted or needed and very nicely decorated too. Very clean through out. Great view from the ocean front balcony. Also loved that the bedroom has access to the balcony too. The owners were very prompt in their responses and resolutions to any questions or concerns that we had. We look forward to coming back next year if it's available, because it's perfect for us. We had a wonderful time and an excellent experience working with the owners and our stay here.

Perfect in every way!
What a great trip! This condo was the best. Fully stocked, comfortable and very clean. The view from the balcony is magnificent. We enjoyed our coffee watching the sunrise nearly every morning. Got our 10,000 steps in every day on the beach and truly enjoyed the Myrtle Beach area. Hope to stay here again.
