we were ignored the whole stay. nothing was fixed during our stay. we waited for our room for 6 hours when we arrived. we are both in our 80's and did not like the walk to our vehicle. their were no queen beds or large screen tv as advertised. the kitchen faucet would not work as the spray hose would not work. they promised to fix things but all we heard was it is scheduled. FOR 10 DAYS.

First - it was the perfect location! The view was breath-taking. The grounds are kept soooo clean. The unit itself was very dated. Looked dirty, but I think just very worn. Needs updated for sure. Even the hallway to the rooms and doors are very old and need some work. A few items you will need - ground coffee (no Keurig), hangers, paper towels, toilet paper. Maybe a bag of ice - it took the freezer ice machine a couple days to fill.

While the property was suppose to be smoke free there was constant pot smoking on the balconies. Local young adults also like to frequent the pool on the weekends. The facility was clean and the unit updated. The contents of the unit were sparse. Paper, pen , scissors, local delivery menus, salt and pepper , the little things were missing. All in all a favorable experience

Awesome Stay!!!
I didn't read the reviews until after I reserved the room, so I didn't know what to expect. Everything was great! The room was clean, bed was a king size and slept great. Didn't have any smells of mole as others stated. People complained of it not being dated, well it's not a brand new resort and we were still very comfortable. The washer and dyer in room was a real bonus. Parking was across the street from the building in 2nd parking lot. Wasn't that big of a deal to just walk across the street. Overall .... I loved it. Will be back in November!!!

I was there for the first two weeks of September. When we arrived, we were not in the main building, like booked, but in the North building. This building is aged and needs renovated. We were supposed to be in the main building on the 9th floor. We were on the 4th floor. I wanted 2 queen beds, but had a king bed. 4 pillows that looked like they should have been in a baby's crib. The appliances were camper sized appliances, the fridge and the stove. The temperatures were written on the knobs in a marker and no counter space. There was mold in the bathroom and the bathroom was so small, if you were a large person, good luck getting into the bathroom! The living room had a chair that was totally disgusting and looked like it had not been cleaned in years and the couch was awful. The couch leaned towards the middle because it was so old and used. There was also mold in the living room on the ceiling. No dogs, supposedly, but there were 2 little yippy dogs next door that barked all the time. No smoking for vaping but the halls and elevator wreaked of marijuana. I called Expedia and they called the hotel. The hotel said we could cancel and be charged the full cancellation fee and they did not have the room we originally wanted because it was booked. Expedia gave me a $50 credit for my next booking. I was very disappointed with Expedia and I will NEVER stay at the Atlantica Resort by Hosteeva. The nice picture you see is the main building, not the building we were in.

Check in process was quick and easy. We were given a code to get in the building and the room. We didn't have to go to the front office. Our room was kind of small but it was clean and we had everything we needed in the little kitchen area. The king bed was comfortable. The pull down Murphy bed was not comfortable. We had a great ocean view though. Thanks.

This is a very nice resort. We started our vacation at another resort that was not so good so we booked this last minute with no problems. The room had enough beds to accommodate my family. The pools were amazing. There was even extra towels in the bathroom which was awesome. I loved having the washer and dryer right in the room. I would highly recommend this resort and would stay here again!

The location is great. Right on the beach.Walking distance to pier, shops, stores skywheel, kids entertainment, and restaurants. The condo its self was not clean. Roaches came out of toaster when trying to make toast. The kids and husband woke up each morning with itchy bites that made us leave a day early. The floor was sticky. The sheets had potato chip crumbs and ketchup on them. Their was a washer and dryer in unit so we did wash sheets and a dollar store near buy we bought cleaning supplies. It sucked we spent our first day cleaning up. The outside pools were clean and very nice

Easy to walk to nearby attractions. Excellant ocean view. Room and building could use some updating and deep cleaning. Can't complain we had a nice time. Id stay again.

The location was great, it was walking distance to just about everything we could need and the size of the room was great. What was not good was the fact that the room was not yet cleaned upon check in, wet towels all in the bathroom, the bed was undone with blankets on the floor, and the fact that upon making the reservation we weren’t told not to go to the lobby of the hotel. I had to call to get the code to enter the room. And I had to wait until 4:00pm for check in and the room wasn’t ready yet. It was hard to get in contact with the host and it took me over an hour to get the check in information and for my call to even go through and speak to a representative. The representatives were very helpful, the over all check in experience and room service wasn’t great. After the room was cleaned it was a great experience it was just the fact that I had to call and complain rather than the room being already ready for me as a guest to come in.
