Welcome to our vacation home at Myrtle Beach--Gulfstream Cottages 304! A beautifully decorated, brand new 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom townhouse, with brand new furniture, electronics, and appliances. It is located just one block from the beach!

Our rental features:

-Bedroom #1: hardwood floor, king size bed with firm mattress, computer desk, 39' 1080p HDTV.
-Bedroom #2: hardwood floor, one queen bed, one twin bed, 39' HDTV.
-Bathrooms: two bathrooms, combination tub/shower, towels, shampoo and soap provided.
-Living room: Wood floors and traditional furnishings with queen size sleeper sofa, 48' HD smart TV with 100+ standard cable channels, High speed Wi-Fi access (standard internet)
-Fully equipped kitchen with appliances, plates, bowls, paper towel, utensils, and cookware
-Dining area: dining table seating for six, additional seating for two at the counter
-Linens and towels, laundry with washer and dryer
-Enclosed backyard with patio, with a charcol grill and table/chairs seating for four
-Covered front porch with comfortable chairs

Nice property, good location, easy to check in. Beds comfortable. Could use some upgrades, paint and tile slipping in the kitchen. King bed comfortable but noisy when moving.

Splendid!
Very clean property with everything you need. Kitchen well equipped. Host was FABULOUS. Close to the beach and several restaurants. Walmart Neighborhood market is right around the corner. Easy check in/out. Host very attentive!

Bike week vacation
Stayed for 3 nights for bike week. This cute cozy home was perfect for our bike week stay. It was great having two full bathrooms for four adults. Linens, towels were provided. Also a washer and dryer. This was a great place. Owner was very responsive. Code lock on door so you don't need to carry keys. Would absolutely stay here Again!

The check in process was very easy and Victor was extremely helpful with accommodations and quickly got back to us with any questions we had. When we arrived everything was all set for us and was just cleaned and the location is perfect as it is walking distance to the beach as well as restaurants. I highly recommend this property and hope to come stay again!

Gulf Steam Cottages
Victor was awesome! He was easy to communicate with, responded very fast each time, at any hour. He helped me through the process and was just great. The cottage was very clean and well kept. Exactly as advertised. shower was hot with lots of pressure (a must for me to give a great review.) the dishes were all clean and ready to go, the towels smelled fresh. I can't rate this any higher and for the price you wont get a better value! thanks Victor - see you next year on our guys golf trip!

We loved this house. It was perfect for us. My husband could work every day with the wi-fi. The house is well furnished,the kitchen included all necessities, the bed was comfortable and having a front porch was a bonus. The house is just a block from the beach and close to many restaurants.
