Pros: We loved the views from both balconies. We left one door open at night and were lulled to sleep with the sound of the waves. Can't say enough good things about the 14th floor view.. The room was clean. Beach chairs/towels/umbrella were thoughtful to have available. Because of the hurricane and our short duration we didn't get to use but would have. Full size fridge/oven and well stocked spices! . Cons: The building was very dated and the room could use updating. This wasn't a huge issue. Over use of air freshener when we first opened the room caused us to air out the suite the entire time we were there. (we turned A/C off). I think people are most pleased with no scent rather than too much scent. Parking is really scary. The aisles are very VERY narrow. You can see the marks on the walls. Try to park on the first floor if you can. Overall, we feel that the amazing view and ample space made this a great value for the price..

First time staying here. Very easy check in and room was nice and comfy fully stocked with everything we would need. AC worked amazing and kept us cool in this heat. The indoor pool and outdoor pool along with Hot Tub are open until 11pm which was great. Directly on the beach was also very convenient. Parking is across the street and does get full at night. The building could use some renovations - there were some doors with broken glass that was replaced with cardboard. All in all a good place to stay and we would return.

Even though we went on one of the busiest weekends, the stay was still super pleasant and the unit was surprisingly quiet. The unit was super clean and smelled so fresh inside. The property manager provided an over abundance of towels and the ease of check in was amazing! We will be back :)

Good spot to just take it all in!
Wonderful unit with fantastic views from the two balconies. Clean, well appointed. We didn't feel particularly safe walking the street side. Lots of cigarette smokers on balconies even though it is supposed to be a smoke free property.
