Stayed for a week, was fun. Room was great, everything we needed. There was a cold snap and only one pool is heated. It was so busy while the other pool sat empty. Would be nice if both large pools were heated. Captains cafe is reasonably priced with good food. Housekeeping came to door every morning to check on us. Beach was clean. Lots of activities for kids but again kiddie pools and slides very cold. Overall a good stay though.

This is our favorite place to stay in MB. We try to come here at least 3-4 times per year. I love the water park and that it has two different ones to play at. One seems more suited for older kids and one is more suited for younger kids. There are plenty of pools and hot tubs to choose from. We love the ping pong tables and all the games to play outside.

Our reservation was oct 7-12... but we left on the 11th. Because of a family emergency back home. The room was very nice. Our only small complaint was that the stove did not work well at all... But everything else was clean....

Staff was pleasant and outside property looked well maintained. I was disappointed in our room. It could use an update especially in the kitchen table (wobbly and not comfortable to sit at) and the bathroom (shoe molding around base of tub and cabinets needs replaced). Loved the spacious bathroom and double sinks and counter space. Kitchen area was sufficient and nice. Loved having a stackable washer and dryer to use before heading home. Beds were comfortable and A/C worked fine.

Very clean and spacious rooms. We enjoyed the water activities-indoor and outdoor pools, hot tubs, lazy river and splash pads. It was also very nice being able to walk to the beach! We loved the hotel and stay so much the first 2 days that we extended our stay. Our current room was reserved for that night but the staff was very accommodating with the switch to a new room. Very happy with this hotel and will definitely stay again!

Enjoyed our stay the beds were Comfortable,every thing was nice except the gnats or fruit flies in the room. Called room service they sprayed but they did not go away,that was my biggest problem. The staff was helpful and friendly.

Our second trip to the resort. We happened to stay in the same room on both trips ( I believe it’s the one allocated to Expedia customers). It looks like it may be the only room on the 8th floor still with the carpet as other rooms had hardwood floors installed. Not the dealbreaker but it definitely contributed to a specific smell in the room. I am also reading about some of the rooms being upgraded with new appliances. Our room still had the original ones from the 90s. The room was clean and we did not have any issues with bugs. What really mattered to us were the beautiful views from the balcony, water park and the beach. Overall, I strongly believe you get what you pay for.
