There are many restaurants close by, all within walking distance or 5 minute drive. The Patricia Grand Resort is a pet friendly hotel. Our condo has a two pet limit. There is a $125 pet fee for each furry friend. You will need to bring your own pool and beach towels.
As we all know , VRBO rentals (private owners/vacation rental companies) do not offer daily housekeeping and linens exchange.
A nice welcome package is provided for each guest which Includes:
- Linens, towels, 1 roll of paper towels, 1 toilet paper roll per bathroom, one 8 cup coffee package with filter, 1 bag of Kirkland Popcorn, 1 box of tissues, 1 bar of soap, 1 snack bar, 1 extra trash bag, 4-6 mints, shampoo, and a coupon book
- These items will not be replenished after they have been used.
House Rules:
- No smoking
- Pet friendly with fee (maximum 2 allowed) - One time fee of $125 for each pet, 20 pound max weight.
- Cleaning service is only provided at the end of your stay
- No events, parties or large gatherings
- Only responsible adults need to reserve our unit

Our family of 3 was too much for this unit. I would recommend power strips to allow bedside lamps and phones to be plugged in. Hooks on the walls for hanging towels after bathing would be helpful as we had few options to hang our towels. Dry.

Don’t hesitate to Book

I booked this condo for my husband and I because my son was playing at Ripken Experience. Plans changed so it was just me and my 8lb toy shih-poo and it was perfect. The view was perfect, the condo was perfect and decorated beautifully. I didn’t cook but had access if I wanted. It was in a great location for what I needed. Just perfect!!

A little disappointed . Didn't expect it to be so dated. The bedroom was extremely small & the trim between kitchen & bedroom was coming up,we had to keep putting it down before one of us triped.we decided to leave a day early.

Absolutely Gorgeous!

The view from the balcony was stunning! Property was clean, could smell some mold/mildew, but that’s expected being near the ocean. The room is clean, plenty of towels, bed is very comfortable. The bathroom could definitely use a remodel, only other negative is that there needs to be outlets by the bed to charge electronics. Finding outlets was a little tricky. Overall, I highly recommend this property and definitely recommend this condo! Will definitely stay again next time I come back. Jay was very prompt when I messaged him. Great host!

OK FOR MYRTLE BEACH

WOW -- MYRTLE BEACH IN FRONT OF THIS CONDO IS CROWDED! THIS PLACE IS OK -- VERY NICE BALCONY. ONE DAY, THE CONDO HAD A DJ PLAYING -- NOT EXACTLY FAMILY FRIENDLY. IT WAS WEIRD TO ME -- NOT THE CROWD FOR "SHOT, SHOT, SHOT, SHOT!" THE CONDO NEEDS A STEP STOOL. THE BED WAS SO HIGH, I HAD TO USE THE COFFEE TABLE TO CLIMB UP. IT ALSO NEEDS PLACES TO HANG UP TOWELS -- DON'T FORGET TO BRING YOUR OWN!

Mini family vacation

The unit itself was just what we needed, something small and pet friendly. It was clean, had everything we needed as far as supplies, a beautiful view from the top floor. The Patricia Resort pictures made the pools and inside the resort look bigger but although it was smaller than the pictures, the pools were perfect. The lazy river being smaller was the only disappointment, but even that was not a big deal. The price, the amenities, the location and all was perfect for what we wanted.

The PERFECT stay!

Great location

My husband and I stayed a week in this location. Location was great, elevators are very fast, parking was very easy to use, view was amazing!! Now for the not so good cleanliness was mediocre, sheets were very cheap and didn’t fit the bed ( I went and bought some other ones) laundry was coin operated and on a different floor (maybe I should have just expected that but I didn’t) overall for the price it was a good place to sleep.

Comfortable and convenient

Very nice studio apartment with a beautiful view and easy access to dog park right next door. Steps from the beach. Tons of amenities and convenient to everything. Bed is high but comfortable. Water pressure good. Good restaurant on second floor but understaffed, hopefully they can hire. Owners provided thorough instructions and were available if we needed them, but we didn’t. Highly recommend!

Perfect location

Really enjoyed our stay. The condo was just as described and it was very clean and the bed was comfortable and the view was spectacular. You could spend hours just sitting on the Adirondack chairs on the balcony watching the waves. The location couldn’t get any better - 5 minutes from broadway at the beach, the boardwalk, and tons of restaurants and if you didn’t want to go out there were indoor pools and hot tubs. The staff was so friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend Jay and Mikes condo.

Amazing beach get away!

This place was amazing! Perfect view of the ocean and so clean and comfortable. If I’m being honest I feel like this listing kind of downplays how many amazing amenities there are at this listing. It has an awesome lazy river and soooo many hot tubs. We swam every night and always had a hot tub to ourselves. They even have a poolside bar with food and delicious drinks. So we never had to leave during the day and could really maximize our beach time. 10/10 will stay again next year

Wedding getaway

We enjoyed our stay & loved the view from our balcony. The early fall nights were perfect for sleeping with the sliding door open and left us recharged when we left. Our wedding was in North Myrtle Beach so it was convenient for traveling. We definitely will be back,
