I did not like the fact that one set of the blackout drapes was missing, so not dark and no privacy. Staff were very nice and it was nice to have parking garage. I did report drape problem 3 times but no one bothered to fix.

Very nice view of the ocean! Staff was kind but the rooms were dirty. Hair in the bathroom shoer and floor. Something on the bathroom door- not sure what it was. Rooms smelt musty and like smoke. Either a very busy resort or the maintenance and cleaning crews are not that good.

We initially checked in and room had a moldy/mildew smell. We let the hotel know & housekeeping came to spray. That lasted about 10-15minutes & the moldy/mildew smell was back. The hotel then moved us to the north tower on the 4th floor and the room was AMAZING! Very clean smelled clean. We were enjoying until our final 2 days of our stay we were without HOT WATER! We told the front desk & initially we were told its because everyone is running water at the same time. Then we were told it was because the storm damaged the boiler but maintenance was working on it & they will call us back shortly. The call never came & we completed our last 2 DAYS with NO HOT WATER! Nothing was done for the inconvenience. Not a horrible property but communication definitely lacks

We love the easy beachfront access and pools, as well as the clean, updated rooms at Grande Cayman Resort. We've always stayed in a 3-bedroom oceanfront condo with no issues. Parking is tight for larger SUVs, trucks, and vans though.

They first put me in a room i didn't request where i had an Major issue with the room and the fact my privacy was awful people from the streets can look directly in my room move me to a partial ocean front that had mold and mildew smell that was making me sick i had to buy air freshner and sleep with the balcony for open for the air it was awful that was my favorite location but never again

We enjoyed our stay at Grande Cayman! Dining staff was great & went the extra mile. I felt safe while we were staying there which was huge for me. All the staff were friendly as well! We would definitely stay here again.
