It was okay! We liked the ocean view. But forget about the customer service. First of all, we stayed 3 nights. And when we asked for housekeeping. The response was that we don’t provide housekeeping for a stay less than 5 nights. Meanwhile we got charged for Resort fee. I wonder why? We had to ask for anything we need. I had to change the beds. Clean bathrooms, place the trash outside, I did literally everything as if I was home. The front desk staff were not the nicest either. They need to smile and pick up the phone :(

I recently stayed at this hotel and overall had a very pleasant experience. I originally paid for an ocean view room, but the room I received only had a partial view and faced directly toward another building, which was disappointing. That said, the room itself was upgraded, spacious, and very clean. Despite the issue with the view, we still enjoyed our time here and appreciated the comfort and cleanliness of the room. With a bit more attention to accurately representing room views, this could have easily been a five-star stay.

I booked a two-night reservation. We had unexpected delays on the road, so we sent a message to let you know we would be arriving after midnight. However, when we arrived, we were informed that the reservation had been canceled and marked as a “no-show,” despite our prior notification of the delay. As a result, check-in took much longer than it should have. We ended up waiting nearly an hour in the early morning with tired children, which was extremely inconvenient. Please review what happened, including the message we sent, and advise how this will be corrected (including removing the no-show charge/penalty, if applicable). Aside from the check-in issue—which was not the hotel’s fault—everything else was great, and we had a good stay.

The hotel needs an upgrade. Reviews rated it as excellent, but it wasn't excellent. There was an issue at check-in, and a hold was added to my credit card twice. I mentioned it to the representative the next day, but she was not useful.

This stay was a week for my parents (Monday -Friday). They decided they wanted to arrive on Sunday. I was able to get the checked in on Sunday but they were told they had to check out and pay, there was a card on file so it could have been ran. I have to come to the hotel, which was an inconvenience to present the card again (so, why was my card ran again - “to be put on file”).
