This is a very vacation rental!!
My group enjoyed the rental but I would not recommend this rental if you have anyone with medical issues. The stairs are very steep which was a challenge for some. Other than that, great place to stay!

Bring some RAID - BEWARE
This was a good trip because of the location being across the street from the beach. But I didn't know we should have brought a few cans of RAID. There was roaches coming from everywhere, walls & ceilings. We enjoyed our time out the house but very uncomfortable when in. Also, I gave the communication with property manager a low rating because after booking our girls trip and paying in full in January, 5 months later the manager abruptly cancelled our trip and refunded our money with no communication. After emailing and asking why, I was told he realized he under charged us for the season. The charge was now over $1000 more than we paid. I asked that he hold it so I can get the funds. He gave me 48hr but he rebooked it within 24hr. We then found another property that ended up being his and booked it not knowing it was a roach motel. BEWARE!!
