Their parking lot is very small and I have a GMC Yukon That barely fit on the second level on up to the last level. The lower level is for bigger vehicles witch I parked mines for one day out of the 4 days staying and came to a ticket on my truck because it didn’t match the descriptions on what size it should be. It was other trucks out there which was smarter than mine, but I seem to have the only ticket. also, the elevators are very slow which I stayed on the 14th floor so I had to get off on the 10th floor and wait for another elevator to take me to the 14th…. Other than that, everything else was OK my room was OK. The workers that served the breakfast there was very rude. They say gourmet meal, but I give it a five out of 10. Overall, my day was OK other than the things I mentioned.

The room was dirty and had a bad odor. The door to the room and the door to the balcony were extremely difficult to open and close. The staff was not friendly. We left a day early.

There were some problems, but they were resolved with professionalism, my only observation is with the staff in charge of breakfast, 2 gentlemen who serve, get upset when you ask them for something or need their help to refill drinks, juices and coffee, the ladies who serve breakfast, very kind and attentive, in that they should improve

Decent Place With a Beautiful Oceanfront
Ocean front rooms are nice .. beautiful view w a private balcony , good enough for at least 4-5 people. Though it was my fiancé and I.. Breakfast was pretty good.. Southern style ..Parking is available on the property.. Only things that kind of sucked, there were long periods of time waiting for 1/3 elevators, building is a tad outdated ..and the inside pool on the 10th floor definitely needs cleaning.. water is pretty green .. Shower had one temp , which is Hot Af.. other than that. We enjoyed our 3 night stay, the view, full Kitchen access and visit overall . Would def Book again in the future and Recommend if you really want a private beach view and don’t mind a few things here and there .

Its was dirty but there were no bugs spotted while we were there. There was just like a layer of grime everywhere. It really needed to bedeep cleaned, updated & a fresh coat of paint.

Do not come here, Choose literally anything else.
Let us begin with the tale of how this trip was so awful of this beach side property that I've consider doing it a 2nd time to get an ideal of what spending more of a vacation should feel like. Let us review it step by step. Breakfast - It is sad that I compare that Holiday Inn Express is a standard of what I expect from a breakfast offered from a hotel, when your breakfast loving wife is happy that at least she was offered Captain Crunch compared to the rest of the offerings, you know it's bad. From burnt food offerings to not even basic offerings of bacon, waffles, or anything of actual value. Food tasted bland, even the oatmeal was subpar and easily avoided. Funny they had someone 'guarding' it to ensure only guests visited and asked for proof, I wouldn't even take this food freely if offered. Pool/Spa Tub - Elevators The hot tub/lazy river pool they offer was constantly broken the entire time, the elevators will leave without you because a 3rd elevator is separated from the other two, and if you get that one you better be paying attention to a dimly lit notification (No sound) or the light turning off and the doors not opening. Even though they were three, the 3rd one seemed to be the only one ever going to you. The other two would decide 'eh, not today.' Overall, should I ever look for another option let it not be this one. The only silver lining was the employees, one had a lovely singing voice. But for everything else, management? Shame you allow this.

The staff was rude and not very helpful, when asked for extra towels and blankets they got attitudes and it took hours and several times asking before we could get the items, the phones in the room didn’t work, the internet was very slow we could barely watch tv. The reviews and pictures did not live up to the in person experience
