The Staff was not friendy. As you walk by the front desk, there was no hello or how are u. and even check in. I asked for a first floor room .. but the Clerk..said all book and not availabile.. did not say sorry or try to accomodate. I understand if they had a full hotel,but they checked someone in right before as a walk in for first floor. When I checked out, the clerk says thanks and that its.. Did not say how the stay or offer a receipt. The property was average. The hair dry in the bathroom had hair all over it. It was not from our hair. I have have hotel experience and I work in Customer service.

I assumed choosing a lowcost property meant it would still be nice but just not have lots of "extras". I felt this property was somewhat dirty and just not kept well. The front desk personnel wasnt the best depiction of "good service ". There was evidence of possible bedbugs so we quickly left the property afyer being offered "a different room".

Fine for a Night - Not for a Week
It appeared some remodeling had been done and the room was packed with some of the old furnishings. The TV was barely mounted and could not be adjusted and one of the bedside lights was missing. I had to ask for the black mold spores on the AC unit to be wiped off. The shower is like a pod and the head height is low. I'm only 5'8" and had to bend my head to wash my hair, so you can imagine my partner at 6'4" had a few nights of difficult showers. Breakfast was okay. There were never any eggs, just slightly dried out sausge patties. The waffles were alright though. They had no breakfast attendant during our stay so the room was frequently dirty and needing restocked. Our room was at the end of the poolside of the hotel and the stairwell frequently smelled of cigarette smoke as that was where the employees would take their smoke breaks. Room service was hit or miss. They had a sign on the front desk letting guests know that they were short staffed. So if you needed clean towels you had to come get them yourself and you had to handle your own trash.

It was very noisy all night. The toilet ran the entire 4 nights I stayed. Smelled like smoke throughout the hotel. Shower was spongy, thought it was going to fall through the floor. Understaffed and didnt clean my room but once.

Good place，the room is good and clean. But the person who serve is a little cold. I scheduled the room for three people. But they only give two quilts and she refused to provide an additional one quilt.

Room was fine. Bfast fine. Tv satellite didn’t work. Toilet handle was broke. Informed them 3 times between chk in and departure. Never repaired it. Had to remove tank top n stick hand in tank n pull up water plunger inside tank. Overall for pricing n convenience to the beach, I would chose this place again.
