If you like the smell of like feet and mildew then this place is for you. They had NO SOAP. Literally could not wash your hands. The one time I forgot to pack my shower gel and they don’t even have a bar of soap. Gal at the front desk said the entire hotel was all out and that I could use shampoo. lol. Everything in the room was sticky. Door knobs, fridge handle , etc. The bathroom door barely closed. Ya, not great.

I was charge $250 extra for violating the none smoking. Which I don’t smoke. I complained to staff person about me smelling cigarette smelling after my first night. When I checked out I was charged for me smoking. Like WTH. By the way. Avoid this talking to Shannequa or what ever her name is. You can tell none the staff has a GED.

This is a very acceptable hotel. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. We chose it because it was close to an event we were attending. Also chose it for the price. If you need clean and affordable this is a good hotel.

Front desk receptionist, Crystal, was excellent. Almost lost ring due to missing sink stopper. Toilet paper holder coming out of wall. AC thermostat unit was not functioning properly Breakfast was HORRIBLE. Having celiac disease the only thing I could eat was a refrigerated hard boiled egg. Cleaning agent used created medicinal smell everywhere Bed too high and asked for a step stool because of injured back but was told they had none. I had to go to Walmart to buy one so I could sleep in bed.

We arrived late on a Friday evening and confirmed our reservation the day before letting them know we would be late. When we arrived, we discovered they had given our room to someone else. We had to look for another room at 1:00 in the morning.

The room smells molded, had to spray the room with air freshener in order to breathe properly. The ceiling had water mark and paint was falling fron the ceiling, paint was stripping on the wall around the window.I would not recommend this hotel to anyone

The only "hot" item was the make your own waffle, the "free" breakfast just meant go buy it somewhere else. We wanted to use the pool that was listed in the ad but it was empty. No one ever came to turn over the room and our shower leaked so after 2 days i had to carry an armfull of soaking wet towels to the front desk and request fresh towels. We emptied our own trash on day 3. The best part was the envelope in the room requesting a tip. I think tey should have tipped us!

The staff was amazing and helpful! The room was semi clean. The shower was in poor condition. Leaking from the shower head and water flowed on to the floor. It was not sealed correctly and mold present. The air conditioner did not cool properly.

When the lock finally worked after multiple tries the door was so jacked up that a grown ass man struggled to get it open. The remote barely worked, the buttons didn't function. The pool was nasty like the Louisiana swamps. It was closed.
