Ocean view studio on the 24th floor (penthouse) of the Royale Palms, connected to Hilton. Updated with new LVP flooring, new beds, freshly painted and new art work. Enjoy Ocean views all the way to downtown Myrtle Beach. The sunset views are amazing! This is the perfect escape from day-in, day-out humdrum! Furnished with a king size bed and desk area, you'll also have a coffee maker, coffee, sugar and cream, microwave and small fridge and kitchenette. For an additional fee, this condo can be rented with Unit #2406 next door to create a 3 BED / 3 BATH combo for extra guests.

For our guests who like to play and explore, you have walking / hiking & biking trails, lake fishing, and ocean-side dining. For nature and wildlife lovers, if you sit long enough on your balcony, you may just catch a whale or dolphin pod going by! Or, even lucky enough to see a spectacular storm roll in right off of the Atlantic. Floors did not appear to have been cleaned upon arrival black hair and sand everywhere. We swept floors and sanitized ourselves. Bedding had burns on them. We expected furnished kitchen cutlery as in other condos - nothing. Then received a terse text message saying if unit was not left CLEAN wd would be charged ADDITIONAL AMOUNT!! We should have been REFUNDED!! All we did was CLEAN!! Your text should have read “It would be appreciated to Leave unit clean to avoid additional charges”

great view from penthouse, esp at sunset. unit was clean. furnished as pictured. comfortable bedding. nice big smart TV. no access to hilton pool (I was not interested so that didn't matter to me). no silverware, dishes, or glasses so keep that in mind if you're bringing leftovers back from restaurants.

The place was extremely clean. There are no complaints there. It was close to the ocean, close to a lot of entertainment. The things I didn't like were during check-in, the security guard told us to go on up and check in the building. So we did, the gentleman at the desk was looking at his phone and looked extremely annoyed at us for asking him for garage pass. He said that it was the security guards job to give us that and he wasn't doing his job. So then, as we walked away to go back to the security guard, he pulls a pass out of a drawer and told me to fill it out. That was all it took but he apparently didn't want to open that drawer and pull that pass out. When we checked into the room we only had one trash can and it was in the bathroom. Really small. There were two rolls of toilet paper and the role that was left on had about four sheets to it. We had a four sets of towels, which meant for bath towels, for hand towels, and four washcloths. That was for 5 days for two people. When I messaged the people and ask them about how to get more towels they just said we supply four sets of towels. The bed could definitely use a memory foam topper or something. Other than that we enjoyed our stay. The view was amazing. The outside balcony was great. The thickness of the curtains was great so the light didn't shine in.

BEACH VACATION
Choose this property because of proximity to APACHE PIER - typically stay farther north but wanted to give this area a chance. Beach front bar at the Hilton was nice - would be nice if unit had a listing of local places that would deliver food and basic necessities such as laundry. Only real complaint is tub drains VERY slow - we did not enjoy standing in water over our ankles.

The listing matches exactly what you will get. Couldn’t ask for an easier check in/out process. Very friendly and nice facility workers. Perfect for a 2 person get away. Easy access to a parking garage, so you don’t have to worry about your vehicle. Only negative is there wasn’t a kitchen trash can, we just used a trash bag. Overall wonderful experience!

Chanda the property manager was always helpful and available. To be honest, I was expecting something a little fancier since it was listed as a "penthouse". The view of course was spectacular. Getting the TV to work every day was way harder than it should have been. My biggest complaint was having to go down 24 stories to get a bucket of ice. Les Beben

First when we got there , had to walk and walk to be able to get a parking pass, then wasn’t gonna give us one, said that the security guy was supposed to, he said no. The the door stuck so bad that it was almost impossible to get in each time. Then the tub kept backing up yo half full while taking a quick shower…. Was not worth the money to stay, and called an ocean view, yeah over all the other buildings, of course if you get high enough you can see over everything else to see ocean

Beautiful NMB Accommodation
We came to NMB for a quick relaxing weekend. This room was beautiful. Easy reservation. Directions clear to follow to get into and exit property. We enjoyed very much! Would highly recommend for a couple.
