Check-in was good fast and friendly. Little disappointed that there was no restaurants open at this time of year. I wish they would advertise that restaurants was seasonal along with a spa since I was looking to have a pedicure at my stay. They did have a bar which I was able to buy drinks and take back to my room. The view was stunning, but most of the amenities are seasonal.

It was an annoying noise allllll night as if someone was playing a respective beat and we got no sleep. This was so uncomfortable. The beds were squeaky and could feel the springs. Wish we could get a refund. Also for management to adress the noise.

It was okay. Seriously despise paying for ocean front view just for our balcony to have a CORNER VIEW of the beach with a majority of the view being the pool rooftop. Also the room we were in smelled of marijuana and we discovered lighters stashed so the owners definitely smoke in their room/the balcony. There was almost what felt like something biting in the twin beds that left anyone that sat or laid on the beds feeling itchy. All around it was ROUGH, but at least the staff was friendly and we had a private room to ourselves for our kids to be kids and just enjoy. Only other complaint was house keeping that gave a single knock at the door then just walked in unannounced and only announced themselves when they realized we were still in the room. Fumbled the ball on this one.

The stay was from Fri, Dec 26 to Fri, Jan 2. Was a very nice condo and a great week. Only negatives were that the HVAC would not let me change the temperature setting (it was set on 70 degrees Fahrenheit), we could not get the dishwasher to work, and there was some equipment on the roof that was extremely loud that cycled on and off every few seconds.

Front desk and security staff were great. Housekeeping on the other hand needs to do better during checkout cleanings. First room was filthy, very dirty floors, haven't been mopped in weeks I assume. Second room was also dirty, but not AS bad. Housekeeping said they won't mop until after check out, but did bring me a mop so I can do it myself. Bought my own cleaning supplies to clean the suite. Toilet was also uncleaned prior to checking in. Yuck
Bathroom floor was cleaned with this rag. Both sides filthy. This was on check in day.

Room could use some updates. Dresser had cosmetic damage to the top, very bad..bathroom wall paint was peeling all around the baseboard. Parking garage needed a lot of cleaning and maintenance. The men who brought our luggage to and from our room were very nice and helpful.

Property very, very dated and not much upkeep being done, rooms are very dated as well and very, very dirty, I went out and bought cleaning supplies and cleaned the room myself, also dirty dishes put back that we ran a load of dishes through the washer. very grateful for a clean bed and mostly comfortable and they have a large laundry facility, and a very large balcony with a beautiful view of the ocean room 421. Breakfast was just okay but for $10.00 who could ask for more but do have to say the restaurant staff was the friendliest then the 2 ladies at the front desk, I know it was not the Hilton but I just expected more I quess .... was our Christmas vacation and was just okay

*buyer beware* each room is privately owned and managed by the hotel. room 401 was a nightmare. This ruined our Christmas vacation as we changed our stay from two nights to just one. Nothing but love for the staff they were very accommodating and understanding and were managing many tasks from many different angles at once. I really don’t know how there’s so many 10/10 stays… I guess no one got room 401. They were able to change our room to the 10th floor which was an improvement. Was uneasy with 3 small kids being up so high but we weren’t on property longer than to sleep for the night and get out of there. Room 1001 or 1002 Great room, good beds.

Room is not clean beyond just essentials. Dresser needed fixed. Smoke from neighbors came into my room, smelled like a skunk, probably pot. Much noise from balcony, kids, and neighboring rooms above and even thru the wall. The low rates bring in low class clientele, some people complained to me about it, too.
