Asked me to read it again, so I did still terrible. My mind won’t change. Nothing was offered. We waste our time getting everything up to the room and it was disgusting.

The place was very nasty a great lobby, but the room was nasty carpet squares, laying all over stinky greasy kitchenette. The view was fine, but the best person told me that the units were privately owned so apparently nobody controls the quality I give it a one star and that’s being generous the room we are put in. We had a very pleasant stay. When we first arrived up the our room, we found the balcony door wide open, which seemed odd as it was late in the evening we arrived and the temperature outside was only around 45 degrees, leaving the bedroom very chilly. There had also been some lights on when we arrived. And we did find a used wadded up washcloth in the top of one of the showers at arrival. There were two showers which was great but only one had a shower curtain. After multiple individuals had showered in the master bathroom, it was realized the water did not work correctly. (It did not fully shut off and it was nearly impossible to adjust the temp of the water at all) We then took that shower curtain and moved it to the other bathroom while letting the desk know there was a water issue. To our knowledge the water issue was not fixed at all prior to us leaving. Overall though, it was a nice place. The majority of the employers were kind. The lighting in the pool area was super relaxing, and hot tubs were at the perfect temperature. Being right at the beach is always amazing.

The view was great from the room. The staff was very unfriendly this time around and did not seem like they wanted to help. The room was dirty. We had to take off the bed sheets as soon as we checked in. The floors had not been swept. The kitchen light was going out. The dishwasher smelled and was rusted out. There were not many utensils or cookware. Lastly there were a higher amount of bugs/roaches than past times. I told the front desk and asked for them to maybe spray again for the bugs, as well as change the light bulb and neither issue was addressed. This was our 3rd straight year staying there for New Year's and this was the worst of the 3 trips. We had multiple families staying in different rooms and we all had very similar experiences. Unfortunately this may be our last time with this resort.

Check-in was good fast and friendly. Little disappointed that there was no restaurants open at this time of year. I wish they would advertise that restaurants was seasonal along with a spa since I was looking to have a pedicure at my stay. They did have a bar which I was able to buy drinks and take back to my room. The view was stunning, but most of the amenities are seasonal.

It was an annoying noise allllll night as if someone was playing a respective beat and we got no sleep. This was so uncomfortable. The beds were squeaky and could feel the springs. Wish we could get a refund. Also for management to adress the noise.

It was okay. Seriously despise paying for ocean front view just for our balcony to have a CORNER VIEW of the beach with a majority of the view being the pool rooftop. Also the room we were in smelled of marijuana and we discovered lighters stashed so the owners definitely smoke in their room/the balcony. There was almost what felt like something biting in the twin beds that left anyone that sat or laid on the beds feeling itchy. All around it was ROUGH, but at least the staff was friendly and we had a private room to ourselves for our kids to be kids and just enjoy. Only other complaint was house keeping that gave a single knock at the door then just walked in unannounced and only announced themselves when they realized we were still in the room. Fumbled the ball on this one.

The stay was from Fri, Dec 26 to Fri, Jan 2. Was a very nice condo and a great week. Only negatives were that the HVAC would not let me change the temperature setting (it was set on 70 degrees Fahrenheit), we could not get the dishwasher to work, and there was some equipment on the roof that was extremely loud that cycled on and off every few seconds.

Front desk and security staff were great. Housekeeping on the other hand needs to do better during checkout cleanings. First room was filthy, very dirty floors, haven't been mopped in weeks I assume. Second room was also dirty, but not AS bad. Housekeeping said they won't mop until after check out, but did bring me a mop so I can do it myself. Bought my own cleaning supplies to clean the suite. Toilet was also uncleaned prior to checking in. Yuck
Bathroom floor was cleaned with this rag. Both sides filthy. This was on check in day.

Room could use some updates. Dresser had cosmetic damage to the top, very bad..bathroom wall paint was peeling all around the baseboard. Parking garage needed a lot of cleaning and maintenance. The men who brought our luggage to and from our room were very nice and helpful.
