we love the resort it had all of the amenities so you dont have to leave. free golf keeps us coming back. however our car was broken into this past time and my wallet was stolen. i asked front desk to pull cameras but they couldnt And only advised i call the police. i feel sometimes the sandals lounge attracts sketchy ppl to the resort

Passing through only one night. It was fine. Nothing spectacular but wasn’t bad either. Some long hairs on shower wall from previous person, needed a better cleaning. Bar downstairs was packed on a Wednesday night with entertainment was cool. I would stay here again for one or two nights but probably not for a week.

It just wasn’t a fit for me. I left after the first of two nights there. Had connecting door to a neighbor playing there music and talking loudly until late at night. Had to go to sleep with music and my earbuds on. Not the hotel’s fault, but my bad experience. During check-in in the lobby, the bar seemed very busy with karaoke going on with a bouncer at the door with a metal detector wand, checking people as entered the bar. Not something I’m accustomed to seeing in a hotel but they were certainly in protecting their patrons. It was rainy and cold (February), so I didn’t use pool or beach. That and the beachfront bar didn’t look bad and might have changed my experience under different circumstances. Other than the flatscreen, the room was very outdated. That in general is not an issue for me. I just felt uncomfortable in the hotel one night and elected to leave as a result.

Quiet stay during non peek season, just what I was looking for! Fantastic price on an oceanfront room and the indoor pool and hot tub was amazing. Beautiful beach but it was unseasonably cold so that was an bummer but the sun coming in through the windows was therapeutic! Older property but it was so worth the value hands down! Thank you for the wonderful few days!

The staff was very friendly and helpful, which I truly appreciated. However, the actual hotel room was very disappointing. The hallway had a strong cigarette smell, and the room itself had an unpleasant odor as well. The room did not match what was advertised on the website. The furniture and decor were very outdated, and the overall condition did not meet expectations. The bed was extremely uncomfortable — it felt like we were sleeping directly on springs. We also noticed a few bugs during our stay, which was concerning. For the price paid, the experience was simply not worth it and did not reflect what was advertised. Although we were tired and chose not to make a big issue at the time, I would not book here again.
