Overall, our experience was good, our room was clean with beautiful ocean front view. The area was nice and quiet and everyone was very friendly, specially Kim at windows ocean front restaurant for breakfast.

It was just a terrible vacation. I never stayed at this place again. The first room I was sleeping on springs they were coming up through the mattress so they moved us to another room which the room was OK but the phone didn’t work so I went to the front counter to ask for towels Never got them so my daughter went back down to get towels and they finally gave them to her was outside playing my music. I was told to turn it off or I had to leave..The night club/bar is a fire hazard big time . Drunks everywhere fights police . Just not my cup of tea

The place was nice with many things to do. The beach was beautiful but you had to pay for the umbrella and the beach chairs, not free like advertised, disappointed because I even tried to ask and no one got back to me. Another problem we had was with the cleaning. The place was not cleaned when we arrived and we had to go to the front desk for three days in a row in order for them to sent someone to clean the place

Ladies at check-in did not greet you with a welcome of hello and acted as if they had an attitude when you asked them a question. No smile. No hello how are you. At check out no thank you for staying with us. NOTHING. We were in a corner room with only a small view of the ocean and more of the buildings when I BOOKED AND ASKED for ocean view. When asked for another room they said they didn’t have any and come to find out they actually did. The buffet breakfast was horrible. We had to pay even though when i booked it said breakfast was included. When taking a shower the water did not flow down the drain it was backed up and water was at our ankles when showering. The light bulbs was burnt out in a lamp in the room. The patio was so hot you couldn’t sit out there bcs the air conditioner blew the heat from the back of the unit. I WILL NOT STAY AGAIN UNLESS I HAVE AN OCEAN VIEW ROOM.

Great property for the money. Love that it is on the beach…. But bring your own beach towels. The property does not let you take any of their towels to the beach. It would be nice for them to have resort chairs to bring down to the beach because you have to pay $30 for two chairs from a beach vendor

Wouldn't go back

Nasty damp smell in hallway leading to room, key cards did not work, had to go back for new ones, A/C in room sounded like a lawnmower running and it came on every 10-15 minutes, both bed mattresses were hanging off the foundation and had to fix them. Handicap handle in center of tub was not anchored at the bottom, tub drained very slow, you were standing in water most of the shower. There was some kind of powder all over the floor around the beds, had to wear shoes all the time. Called the desk to get someone to mop the floor, that wasn't done until late the next day. Lord knows what we were breathing in. and the very best part about the stay was the Tiki bar by the pool had bands playing at club volume until 11:00 at night.
