It was a srange say to see the least I wouldn't stay here again. The entry/ check in. and lounge screamed high end ambiance but once you get to the elevator it screams sketchy motel. Someone was shot while we were there but it it was kept hush, hush..I wasn't notified at all if we were safe or not.. BUT we were allowed to speculate afye watching investigators searching the property. I could be assuming but it appears the

One shower wasn't working along with one of the access doors to the balcony. The flooring was seperated in numerous areas due to excess mop water. There was feces and a partial raisin cake in a bag under one of the bunk beds in the kids room. I asked for towels and wash cloths and they were never delivered. There were random bugs throughout the unit. The pool was one of the best indoor pools I have ever visited.

Room needed upkeep, the whole room was not cleaned well at all, trash under the bed, hair in the sink which didn't drain enough to brush your teeth without overflowing. The picture was halfway ripped out of the frame over 1 bed and the picture above the other bed looked like it was ripped off the wall. Very noisy at night, slamming doors and you could hear every step and noise out of the room. The headboard was so old the wood was separating the fixtures were rusted. The whole room was very run down.

My husband and I wanted a quick getaway for the weekend wanted to stay in a place where we had all the amenities and also great beach view. Unfortunately, when we got there, the toilet stopped up. Also, the door knob to the door kept coming off. no one ever came to fix it as well as the phone in the bedroom did not work.

The room was not cleaned; built up dirt in all the corners esp in the bathroom. The unit next door had renovations so the whole weekend we heard a hammer drill. Walls were extremely thin.

The entire place is VERY old and hasn’t been updated in a long time. Furniture is far from hotel status. Felt like goodwill finds and not good ones. Carpet was filthy and so was the bathroom. Moody, rust and hairs. Totally gross. Stunk like smoke even though signs everywhere say non smoking. We were only there for one night and i was disgusted and i have stayed in sub par hotels and this was beyond that. Parking garage is only onsite parking and good luck if you have an an SUV. Height limit is 6’6” but beware because we scratched the roof of our vehicle which is far less than 6’6”. Spoke to manager that literally says it happens all the time and it has settled since it was built in the 70s they just haven’t “had time” to update the lowest height requirement. Had to put in an insurance claim and will be taking legal action. The only reason i am giving 2 stars is because the manager comped our stay. Never will step foot in that place again!
