Waterforde is located 2.1 miles south of the Garden City Pier in Georgetown County. This four-story complex offers units overlooking the Atlantic Ocean and oceanside pool. Pack your beach bags and enjoy the sandy beaches and laid-back atmosphere this location provides. Go for a swim in the outdoor pool, which is open Easter to November 1 or take a short walk down to the beach and relax. Waterforde's amenities include a gated parking lot, outdoor grilling area, elevator, and complimentary Wi-Fi so you can stay connected. Two parking permits are issued per unit. Motorcycles are allowed. Sorry, recreational vehicles, trailers, golf carts, and pets are not permitted. **Electric vehicles are strictly prohibited from parking underneath the building and are to be parked exclusively in the parking area adjacent to the fence. Pros: great views of ocean and marsh, dune fox and pups, big unit with 3 bathrooms and bedrooms, clean apartment, walk out the door to the beach Pro/Con: quite removed from grocery stores and nightlife across the marsh and walking isn't an option Cons: unit a bit dated, single-ply toilet paper

This Place was perfect for Me and my family we had a wonderful 7 night stay the pool was perfect for the kids when they got tired of the beach the condo was clean besides a little bit of sand that wasn’t cleaned when we got there but over all it was beautiful and I would recommend

Perfect Vacation
The property was just as described and fantastic for our family. We loved being steps away from the beach and a quiet area. The only complaint was with the cleaning prior to our stay. It was clean on the surface but as you started to use the space it was clear that deep cleaning was not taking place between each stay. This is an issue with the property management company not with the owner.

Pre-season stay.
Clean, spacious & comfortable. Being a corner unit it had great views of the beach & sunrises as well as the sunsets! Family friendly. We felt right at home! Thank you for a great 2 weeks.
