Won’t choose this company again.
There was an additional charge for a pool voucher at a gym that was located next to their main office. But it was 10 miles away. I purchased it on a Sunday having 3 nights there but the worker nee that the gym was already closed at the time of my purchase and was charging me for 3 nights anyway. I didn’t find out until driving out there and the gym was closed. I called the next day to request a refund for the voucher and was told it had to be cleared from management and a return phone call would be coming. Never received it. Remotes were chewed on from previous visitors with dogs. The bed was on the floor not on a frame. No instructions on using the multiple remotes for the TV so no access to it while there.
