Too expensive

The bed and especially the pillows were uncomfortable. We expected more for the price when paying close to $400/night (with all the fees). This is essentially a small, basic hotel room, without a view. Simply not with the price. That said, the Silverado grounds are very nice. The pool is fine, and the short walk to Clubhouse Grill, where they serve good food, is pleasant. If you’re thinking about renting this room as part of a golfing excursion you’ll probably won’t be as dissatisfied as we were. We were there for a wedding, and a regular hotel would have been a better choice for us.

Mixed thoughts

The room was extremely small for what was advertised. Shower didn’t drain and was standing in water up to the ankles. No soap out. Had to search for it in the drawers which were a bit scattered. Pool code didn’t work. Screen door was off the hinges and just sitting up against the glass door. Back patio was dirty and not well maintained. Location was a plus
