Everything about our stay was great! The only complaint we have is that parking isn’t included in the cost of the hotel. Also, breakfast can be a little chaotic with so many guests and not enough tables. Other than that the hotel was clean, safe, comfortable, and centrally located. The staff was also great!

I loved the breakfast, we walked to restaurants and shopping on 5th ave. Beach was 10 minutes away driving. Hotel it's on a bridge over the river we could walk because of the beautiful view, olive garden 2 blocks away. The pool has a river view. Everything was beautiful and convenient. 100% recommended. The suite is like a small studio apartment with sofa area and tv, fully equipped kitchen with counter top stove, utensils, dishwasher etc. Comfortable bed. Amazing stay!! 🙌😀

I have visited this hotel several times, but lately, not only have the prices increased, the quality has noticeably declined in certain areas. In my particular case, the air conditioning in my room wasn’t working. A technician came twice, using a laser thermometer, and tried to convince me—repeating four times—that cold air was coming out of the unit. Despite this, my family and I spent two very uncomfortable nights in a hot room. It was an unpleasant experience. Additionally, the breakfast was disappointing—poorly cooked and of noticeably low quality. Sadly, I believe this will be the last time my family and I stay here. We felt somewhat neglected, which is unfortunate considering how much we used to enjoy this place.

Reception staff very unprofessional and rude and the dining area is very small as well as the place that you get the food and the price for the parking space is completely ridiculous and you have to pay a security deposit for 50 dollars every night that you are there is completely unfair
