Enjoyed the stay. Room was clean with balcony and Marina view which was nice. The complimentary breakfast was fantastic. The walk to 5th Avenue shopping and dining was a little farther than expected. So not as convenient as I had hoped. Although it was self parking in garage there was a $25 per day charge.

This place became very dirty. Rooms nasty,the floor no clean, 2 towels provided for a suit room, no shower gel, no cover for the couch. Breakfast area dirty the windows dirty, food cold. This was the 4th time staying in this place and see a huge difference on service and conditions.

Room was clean. Staff was nice and attentive. Pool was big with a hot tub. Great restaurants within walking distance. However, we paid for a room with a water view. It’s a 3 story building. We were given a room on the 1st floor looking over a dock. But with a large sign with rules and water safety information on it, right in the middle of our “view”. Breakfast looked great but eggs, meat and potatoes were cold. The toaster wouldn’t toast! The craziest thing is the hotel is directly in the flight path of the Naples airport. Private jets are taking off and landing all day, roaring right over the hotel, literally only a few hundred feet over it.

The property is nice and functional. The breakfast area was super crowded and the food is basic at best. Seems like an afterthought - didn't even go there the second day. The coffee was not good either. The place (due to the number of people mostly) felt messy. Similar category hotels will have the same issue, but all needs to do much better.

Overrated Paid parking costing $27 per day while you are paying 650 per day to stay is insane and unfair. No hand towels in any of the restrooms. Is unacceptable

Beautiful water views from the room balconies and the pool area. It's definitely worth it to pay extra for a room with a water view balcony. Large pool with beach style entry with poolside food and beverage service. Clean and spacious king suite with walk-in shower. Walkable to the 5th Ave S shops and restaurants. I loved sitting on my balcony in the wonderful fresh air enjoying the view. So relaxing!
